Our family group of 8 adults & 3 kids could not have asked for better accommodations. The layout was perfect, the beds super comfortable, an unbelievably well-equipped kitchen and a wonderful deck looking out on mountains & deer! So close to RMNP and downtown Estes Park. Iâm missing my master bedroom dressing room! Perfect.
Great accommodations for our group of twelve. It was conveniently located for everything we did. We thoroughly enjoyed our time together in the house, Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park!
The house was very clean in a great location. The area was also very quiet. We were able to see deer, rabbits, and a chipmunk in the yard. The host was responsive. The only issue we had was the fire pit on the outside table did not work during our stay. The host apologized and said they were ordering a part, so hopefully, it will work for the next person.
Great house, plenty of space for our group of 9, enjoyed watching wildlife from the back deck, close proximity to the entrance to Rocky Mountain national Park, very clean upon our arrival, kitchen is well equipped for most of your cooking needs.
This home is better in person even than the pictures. Tons of wildlife right off the back patio. Hiking trailhead was close. RMNP was 3 miles away. Great location and the host was super responsive. This was a great place for our siblings family reunion!
Great home, very spacious and well stocked. The beds were comfy and the showers have good water pressure. However, there is no air conditioning which is not mentioned in the reviews. The house is stocked with plenty of fans but it does get pretty warm during the day. Other than that our stay was perfect. The home is beautiful. We saw lots of turkey and elk while sitting on the back deck.
Wonderful property! This place had it all, it was spacious, close to town, the kitchen had all the items needed to prepare meals, and it was spotless. Checking in and out was VERY easy and they were so accommodating when we discovered I had forgotten my suitcase in the property after we left. This place is a 10 out of 10 and I canât wait to stay with them again.
The house itself is beautiful â spotless, with comfortable beds and a great layout. The location feels nicely remote while still being close to town, which we really enjoyed. That said, there were a few issues that made the stay less enjoyable. The lights on both the upper and lower levels kept going out, and we had to reset the breakers several times. The gas fire pit was broken and couldnât be used. We were also told that the property wasnât accessible after 9PM and that we couldnât be outside on the patio past that time, which was not mentioned in the listing. When we were inside the house having dinner with a chef, the property management came to the door and knocked loudly to tell us to quiet down â which felt unnecessary and could have been handled more respectfully.Additionally, once checked in, the house rules changed from âno smokingâ to âno smoking anywhere on or near the property,â including outside and in your car. This should have been clearly stated before booking.Overall, itâs a beautiful home in a wonderful location, but I wouldnât recommend it if you plan to stay up past 9PM or want the flexibility to enjoy the outdoor spaces in the evening.
The home is exactly as shown on VRBO. We all had a wonderful time. We did skiing, tubing and shopping. We got to see wild Turkey,s, deer in our yard. We saw Elk across the street. The home was stocked very goog. We would definitely come back
Absolutely perfect place to stay! This home has everything you could ever need :) And the accommodation are top notch.
We would love to come back every year!
I can't say enough about this house. It was perfect for our family who was in Estes Park for my daughter's wedding at Black Canyon Inn. It had everything we needed and more. The house was spotless when we arrived and fully stocked with whatever we needed to make us feel at home. The rooms are perfect for several adults and children. The views are magnificent. The playroom was wonderful for our children and had so many toys and things for them to do. The hot tub was excellent. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices, coffee filters and plenty of plates, silverware and glasses. The towels were plush and wonderful! All in all, we had a fabulous time and would love to come back for a future vacation.
The House is excellent, and the facilities are great. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this vacation house to everyone. The only problem we encountered was the tv and remotes only work on volume, I could not change channels on the tv in the living room and the main bedroom remote and tv never worked. Other than that everything else was fantastic.
