Important House Notes

- The ice maker is not connected to a water line and is not operational. Ice trays are provided for guest use.

-The stove hood is decorative/aesthetic only and is not a functioning exhaust or ventilation system.

- House will be professionally cleaned before each check-in.

- Linens & towels provided, professionally cleaned for each turnover.

- Free Washer & Dryer are provided in the basement, and supplies (detergent, sheets...) are not provided.

- Some shampoo/soap/toilet paper/paper towels are provided, however, you are responsible for any additional needed outside of the starter set (CVS, Shaws, and many other stores are conveniently close by.)

- You are responsible for purchasing firewood bundles if you wish to use the fire pit (available at most stations/stores).

- We do our best to keep the propane tanks full for your stay. However, if a tank happens to run out, we may not be able to replace it immediately. If needed, please feel free to have it refilled, and we will gladly reimburse you for the cost!
