Welcome to our 3 bedroom, 4 bed, 2.5 bath gorgeous Coastal Retreat! We're pleased to share our new, clean, welcoming and well-located family home, offering a generous 1900 sq ft of elevated & airy living space. Pet friendly too! Our guests receive a 5 star experience because we care, and do what we can to pay attention to every detail, especially comfort and cleanliness.

This expansive and beautifully appointed home is the perfect location for family gatherings, remote working, or quiet relaxation in a lovely, quiet & safe residential neighborhood.

Our home is fully stocked and has everything you need for a perfect get-away. And if we don't have it, we'll do everything we can to get it for you.

Situated in the desirable neighborhood of Alamitos Heights, take a quick .3 mile walk and enjoy the beauty of the Colorado Lagoon Aquatic Park where you'll find child friendly sandy beaches, surrounded by parks and golf courses. Amenities include BBQ's, picnic tables, kids play area, swimming area and showers. Also close by are pickleball/tennis courts and golf.

Located a quick 1.5 miles from the beach, you can get outside for fun in the sun, or head over to 2nd Street in Belmont Shore, where you'll find fabulous 15 blocks of one of a kind restaurants and bars, cute coffee shops, and unique shopping.

The neighborhood offers ample parking and easy walking in our mature tree lined neighborhoods. We're centrally located to the best of Long Beach: Alamitos Bay, Colorado Lagoon, Marina Vista Park, Belmont Shore, the Aquarium and the Queen Mary. Easy access to PCH1 and the 405 freeway and minutes from Recreation Park Golf Course.

Our home has been recently renovated with no detail spared. With its tastefully designed and all new fully upgraded California coastal interior, our Retreat features large windows, AC, large private outdoor dining and & lounge spaces with a propane gas BBQ . You'll be delighted to return home to this peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring, visiting friends & family, or just hanging out at the local beach & cafes.

With 3 bedrooms offering a king, 2 twins, and a queen bed, you will have plenty of space to relax. The large living room and family room spaces both feature large smart TVs with premium subscriptions available, as does the primary bedroom. The 2.5 bathrooms are equipped with amenities you would expect such as a hair dryer, and natural hair and body products. Also, enjoy the convenience of central air and heat, laundry facilities, high speed WiFi, and upgraded furnishings during your stay.

Looking to explore more of Southern California? Belmont Heights, Long Beach is centrally located between Los Angeles and Orange County, with easy access to freeways and Pacific Coast Hwy. Disneyland is 25 minutes away; Universal, Santa Monica, and Laguna Beach about an hour.

* Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am every day. No exceptions. Be kind to our neighbors.
* Charges for cleaning or repair of furnishings due to misuse will be assessed.

While we hope you enjoy our home, please be advised that parties or events are NOT allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood and loud music or parties will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove loud guests from the property should we hear complaints from the neighbors.
