Even out of the way attractions like Julian are a short one hour drive away.

There is plenty of parking at the house, with room for 5 plus cars in the driveway and plenty more on the street.

Other things to note
Home truths:

*Must climb a flight of stairs up to the second story where the main floor is.

*No smoking on the turf. Chairs are not allowed on turf. Violation results in a $500 fee.

*Use the designated area at the back of the turf for dogs. Clean up after your dog. Guests will be responsible for any damage to the turf caused by digging or smoking on the turf.

*This is not a party house. No events or gatherings allowed. Also, there are no day guests allowed, over the guest count you cite on your reservation. Please just be up front with us regarding the number of guests you plan on having.

*One camera is pointing to the driveway/ road and one to the back of the yard. Also, the doorbell has a camera. Cameras are not monitored.

*This home is not handicap accessible.

*Home has a tankless water heater so hot water will take longer to warm up than a traditional tank heater.

*There is road noise from the highway but not excessive.

*Neighbors are extremely friendly, please be courteous to them and respect quiet hours from 10 pm-8 am, especially when outside. If we receive a complaint you will be asked to leave with no refund.

*Please be aware of the presence of small burrs in southern California. Once they get on your clothes they will hitch a ride anywhere. While we do our best to eliminate them from around the house, we ask that you check yourselves before coming inside, and to be aware of their presence on your animals.
