HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside of an exchange unit in the condo. The exchange unit blows hot or cold air off of the fan coil into the room. An exchange unit is located below the windows in every room. The plates on top of the exchange unit can be flipped up to regulate the hot or cold air fan speed. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air. When it is unseasonably hot or cold fans or space heaters can be provided upon request. WASHER AND DRYER: is on the basement level. ANIMALS: are not allowed, per HOA PARKING: Each reservation comes with one assigned space TRASH: Trash can be disposed in the closet to the right of the elevator. COMMON AREA MAINTENANCE: the building is undergoing maintenance from a recent fire. You will encounter fans and repairs in the common area. The unit itself was not affected by the fire.

Cons: Check in was at 4 pm, we arrived at 530 to find that the cleaning crew had not been in yet and they showed up at 6 and asked us to wait in the lobby so they could clean. The key fob to enter the building did not work and had to have the 24hr desk officer to let us in after returning or going outside at all. The area is not a very nice area for families, lots of trash and constant smell of burnt marijuana in the parking lot and around the building. There was broke glass from windows being broken out laying in the parking lot. I attempted to contact the property management company through VRBO and email with no response.
Pros: the room itself was very updated with nice decor and appliances. It was obvious that someone took care with remodeling the room to update things and make their space nice.
