Welcome to your downtown Atlanta escape! This amazing 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. You’ll enjoy vibrant city views and easy access to everything Atlanta has to offer- sports venues, concerts, top restaurants, and nightlife are all just steps away. Whether you’re visiting for business, a weekend getaway, or exploring Atlanta’s culture, this condo provides all the essentials of a home away from home - right in the heart of it all. This cozy condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay - an inviting living area with two sofa beds for additional guests, Wi-Fi and Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious bedroom with a king bed and fresh linens. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and other essentials. Step out onto the private balcony to unwind and take in the vibrant downtown atmosphere. Guests have full access to the entire condo, including the private balcony, kitchen, and in-unit amenities. The building offers secure entry, 24-hr concierge, on-site laundry, and elevator access for your convenience. Paid parking options are available nearby. All guests must check with concierge and show ID. Secure access code for unit will be provided at the time of check in. Key fobs for entry to building will be provided and must be returned.

This was a great apartment for what we needed. It was cheaper than the hotels in the area and much more room. It was clean and had everything we needed. The only problem we had was every time we left or came back to the property we were met with homeless people begging for food or our blankets (my kids traveled with). We were two females with our female daughters.

Location is perfect for walking to local attractions. The view from the balcony was fantastic. Communication with the host ! Any questions were answered surprisingly quick. It was very clean. Bed was firm and comfortable. Loved our stay!

Property is very clean. Has one bedroom with a king bed, very spacious. The living room has 2 pull out couches. We did not use these. King bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is small but is completely fine with plenty of hot water and good size shower only. We followed the check in directions and had no issues getting in.Other reviews about this area will complain about homeless, but let's be real. This is downtown Atlanta. This is everywhere and truly leave them alone and you have no issues. I never felt unsafe.Parking is directly next door and can fill up. But there are plenty of other lots near by. Nightly parking ranges but in typical close to 30 for 24 hours. None of this is within the hosts control.Centennial Park/aquarium are is a straight 6-8 minute walk.I do recommend this property and would stay here again. Host is great with communication and keeps the unit well taken care of.

Location is perfect for visiting the Children Museum, Georgia Aquarium and World of Coca-Cola Museum. It's only a 4-6 minute walk depending on your walking pace.The condo was clean, cozy, and smelled great! Aaron and wife was very attentive whenever I reached out to them. They made checking in very simple. They also provided a safe and quiet environment for my family and I. If I'm ever in Atlanta again. I will book with them again.
