Maison familiale avec piscine, vue sur la ville et les montagnes. La maison peut accueillir 8-10 personnes, dispose de 5 chambres, 2 salles de bains, cuisine avec appareils en acier inoxydable. La maison est à 15 minutes du zoo Safari Park, à 20 minutes du casino Valley View et du casino Harrahs, à 30 minutes du centre-ville de San Diego, du monde de la mer, du zoo de San Diego, à 30 minutes du vin et du pays de Temecula. California Center of the Arts et Green Gable Estate San Marcos également à 10 minutes. Les restaurants et magasins d'alimentation les plus proches sont à 2 minutes de la maison. Accueil pas pour les fêtes, juste des escapades en famille. Il y a des voisins autour, le niveau de bruit doit être à 21h.

Our family and friends stayed at this property for a nearby wedding in Escondido. It was clean, spacious, and extremely accommodating for our group. The property owners were very communicative and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the host was gracious!

Beautiful home! Very clean! The spa and pool should be heated when you have people staying there.The ice maker did not work. Other then that it was great!

Thank you for staying with us! The listing says the heater to the pool is not heated and I send this information too when sending check-in instructions sorry you missed all that info. and the ice maker works, you have to pull the lever up to create ice. It says it on the ice maker in the freezer, Wish you would have communicated that when you were at the home we would have let you know.

Close to San Diego Zoo

Would have been great to have a washer and dryer and a working pool heater. The mattress in the main bedroom was uneven and worn on one side more than the other. Besides that, it was pretty good.

As per the listing the pool heater is disconnected and home does not come with a washer and dryer. That’s why my house is on the lower end of pricing, I do take that into consideration. As for the king bed the boxsprings underneath could have been a little off causing it to feel uneven. We’ll take a look at it. Thanks for letting us know and thanks for staying with us!

Beware!! WORST experience ever!!!

Owner is a total scammer. Tried to penalize me for cleaning the house and placing the accumulated trash in her trash bins. Said the original cleaning fee only covered the inside of the house. So if you stay here you may want to leave the trash inside the house and save yourself some money. She also accused me of touching her pool system (another scam) to get more money out of her guest who pay good money to stay in her home. I have already open a case against her petty claims. So save yourself the headache and rent somewhere else! Neighbor warned me that owner likes to past by and check up on families who stay there. So if your look for privacy another reason to look elsewhere.

No scammers here! You are the 1st ones I have taken a deposit from all year. Penalizing for cleaning the house?? The pool system was messed with and I told you my findings. The pool was almost turning green from someone turning off the system, you were charged $50 for extra chemicals to get it back to normal. It is always on auto and someone from your group manually turned it off. The trash can outside was completely filled and trash bags outside of it. Doesn’t make sense how trash was picked up and still overflowed with trash leaving trash bags outside of the trash can and I charged you $30 for the city to pick up a 2nd time. Never seen an overflow of trash like that before. It was a pretty fair charge for those items, which you are upset about. Interesting how you wrote to me after check out that you had such a great stay. Seems like it’s the charges that upset you. Trust me it could have been more. Pool cleaning can easily go into the hundreds.

Awesome Rental

This VRBO was exactly as described. It was easy to access local highways, lots of great grocery/restaurants nearby, nice neighbors and a fabulous rental house at a very cost effective rate! We had 10 people in our party and we didn't feel crowded due to the large space. Lorena was a pleasure to communicate with - she was timely and very accommodating in any response. I will definitely return if I am anywhere near this rental!

We loved the house with the swimming pool. However, it was too chilly to use the pool much but we can't control the weather. The twin beds and futon were not comfortable especially for adults. We made some great family memories, and that is what counts. Our property manager was very gracious and helpful.

The house is very clean and roomy. We requested to be in early once we landed and Lorena worked hard to allow us in. The house and owner are awesome! Please be sure to recognize before you book that the pool and hot tub are not heated and there is no night timelight in the pool.
