Our 1350 sqft home sleeps 7 people in 3 bedrooms
• Master suite: king-size bed, black-out curtains, private bathroom.
• Second suite: queen-size bed, black-out curtains, shared bathroom.
• Third bedroom: full-size bunk bed, children's books and toys, shared bathroom.

* This is a two-story home, all bedrooms are located on the second story, please consider this detail before booking.

You will have access to the entire house, except one owner’s closet which is used for storage, and located outside of the home. You will also be a few steps away from the club house, where you will find the swimming pool, hot tub, pool bar, dry sauna, gym, mini golf, and children’s play area.


Our guests will enjoy:

•A fully equipped kitchen: toaster, electric kettle, microwave, stove/oven, hand mixer, and blender. Pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery are also provided. Grill in backyard patio. All you will need to bring is your groceries. The nearest Walmart supermarket is 5 minutes away.

•For our guests with children: baby chair, pack and play/crib with extra mattress, fitted sheets and blankets, portable crib, baby bathtub, baby potty toilet seat, sets of plates, glasses and Star Wars themed cutlery for small kids. For safety purposes we have a retractable baby gate at the top of the stairs, and a mesh safety rail for the lower bed of the bunk bed.

•Smart TVs with free access to Netflix and Disney+ in the living room, and in the Master suite.

•High speed Wi-Fi throughout the whole house.

• Bath and beach towels.

• We take coffee seriously, so we will provide a coffee machine and a French press. The coffee station will be stocked with coffee, cream, sugar, stevia and Splenda packets to last for a couple of days, while our guests have plenty of time to go look for their favorites.

• Laundry room: full size washer and dryer, drying rack for delicate items, steamer, detergent pods and stain remover to help get you started.

• Bathrooms: hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and hair dryer (1 in each full bathroom).

• Bedrooms: clothes hangers, closet shelves and drawers for storing your belongings, dirty clothes hampers and an extra fleece blanket.

• You'll find plenty of available parking spaces right in front of the house.

• You'll get contact free access; we’ll give you an entrance code a few days before the reserved dates.

• This home is self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to get you started: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, detergent, stain remover, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, makeup towels, and cotton pads for make-up removal.

• Please do let us know if you wish to bring your pet alongside your family. Only 2 small dogs are allowed per stay. Max. weight of pet: 24lbs. Sofas will be covered to protect furniture, do not remove covers. Dogs should always be supervised by guest, and on-leash while outside of the house. Pets are not allowed on beds. Pets should not be left unsupervised in the house under any situation. Any damage caused by the pets will be charged to guest. A pet fee (per the whole stay) will be added to the reservation.

• Please note that the resort requires a one-time 20$ Access Card Fee for each vehicle, for them to give you a car tag that will allow you to enter the resort using the automatic lane (avoid lines).
