Guest Access:

Please ensure you have provided us with the full names of all guests prior to arrival, only registered guests will be given access to the community. The community gate entry is at 1550 Oasis Club Blvd, Davenport, FL 33896. Upon arrival please present your drivers license and booking confirmation to the community gate guard.



You're also provided with complimentary access to the Oasis Club at 1520 Oasis Club Blvd. All guests aged 18 and older must register for gate access for the specific property they are staying or visiting. Upon their initial arrival at ChampionsGate, they must first check in with Ramco security, presenting their photo ID, to receive the orange overnight pass. This pass grants them access to the amenities of both the Oasis Clubhouse and the Retreat Clubhouse. They're open from 9:00am to 9:00pm and have a number of amenities, including a pool, hot tub, lazy river, water slide, games room, movie theater, restaurant, Tiki bar, tennis court, volleyball court, fitness center, business center, lounge, and golf course.



Reminders from Oasis Club:

• NO overnight parking is allowed in the Oasis Club parking lots.

• For questions about street parking rules, residents should contact the HOA team.

• Dumpsters at the Oasis Club are for restaurant use only — residential trash is not permitted.

• For questions about trash disposal, residents should contact the Masters or Retreat HOA.



Guest registration and parking rules:

• All visiting guests must be registered prior to arrival or they will be denied entry.

• Parking rules: park in the correct direction, avoid blocking sidewalks/driveways, do not park on grass or yellow areas, and keep fire lanes, hydrants, and gates clear—violations may result in towing.

• Residents are advised to check the community website for the latest Parking & Towing Policy.



The Neighborhood:

ChampionsGate Resort offers easy access to all of the theme parks, with Walt DisneyWorld Resort just a 15 minute drive away and Universal Studios and SeaWorld just a few more minutes drive. Outside ChampionsGate Resort, there are bars, restaurants, 2 wineries, cinemas, shops and supermarkets so that you can get everything you need for staying in your home-away-from-home.



Getting Around:

Car rental is widely regarded as the most convenient and cost-effective option for getting around. Additionally, you can call the shuttle van at 407-279-8999 for rides within the community and available taxi or uber services outside the community at your own expense.



Other Things to Note:

*IMPORTANT NOTE*

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• Please be advised that the dog park will be temporarily closed starting Wednesday, February 11.



Additional Services:

• Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.



We're happy to deliver:

- Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

- a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee).

- a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee).



House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150 and/or your full deposit will be forfeited.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves.

4. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit.

5. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion.

6. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

• If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
