The Space:

This spacious 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom villa is an ideal retreat for large families or multiple families vacationing together. With plenty of room for everyone, the home combines comfort, convenience, and entertainment. Located just 12 miles from Walt Disney World Resort, it offers a peaceful place to relax while keeping Orlando's world-famous attractions within easy reach.



Living, Dining & Kitchen

The bright, airy open-plan living area flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen and provides direct access to the pool deck and patio. The dining area features a table that comfortably seats 12 guests, making it easy for everyone to gather for meals. The fully stocked kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals and drinks for your group, including a refrigerator/freezer, oven and stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and all necessary dishes, cookware, and utensils.

The villa features six bedrooms and six full bathrooms:



• Bedroom 1: 1 King bed

• Bedroom 2: 1 King bed

• Bedroom 3: 1 King bed

• Bedroom 4: 1 Queen bed

• Bedroom 5: 2 Single beds

• Bedroom 6: 2 Single beds



There is one full bathroom for each bedroom, providing plenty of privacy and convenience for guests.



Entertainment Room

The family entertainment room features a giant sofa and a flat-screen TV, making it a great spot for group movie nights or gaming. A poker table is also available for some adult entertainment.



Outdoor Amenities

Enjoy the Florida sunshine by the private pool, surrounded by a spacious pool deck with lounge chairs and a comfortable sofa lounge area. The outdoor space also features an outdoor dining table for 8 and a BBQ grill, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco.



Good To Know

A small office area with a desk and chair provides a dedicated spot for guests who need to work remotely during their stay. The villa is tastefully furnished with your comfort in mind.



Resort Amenities

As part of ChampionsGate Resort, guests have access to the Oasis Club, a 16,000-square-foot resort-style clubhouse featuring a full-service restaurant, state-of-the-art fitness center, 26-seat movie theater, kids' activities and game room, and concierge services.



The resort also offers extensive pool and water features, including massive pools, water slides, a kids' splash zone, and a lazy river. The 82,000-square-foot pool deck includes poolside dining and a Tiki Bar where servers bring food and drinks directly to your sun lounger.



Outdoor amenities include volleyball and tennis courts, along with resort activities such as poolside Bingo and Karaoke Nights.



For special occasions, guests can rent a luxury indoor, air-conditioned cabana with lounge seating, an LED TV, kitchenette, and full bathroom.



Golf enthusiasts can also enjoy the 35,000-square-foot golf clubhouse, which includes a pro shop, banquet facilities, and a full-service bar.

The villa is about 35 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is surrounded by really great restaurants and shopping centers. There are 25 restaurants and cafes on site too, if you don’t feel like venturing too far. These are some approximate estimations of the most visited/famous places in Orlando and nearest shopping centers:



Theme parks:

• Disney - 15 min drive (12 miles)

• Universal Studios - 30 min drive (22 miles)

• Seaworld Orlando - 23 min drive (17 miles)

• Busch Gardens - 1 hour drive (60 miles)



Shopping:

• Champions Gate Village - 11 min drive (5 miles)

• Target - 11 min drive (4.3 miles)

• Shops at Vista Del Lago - 15 min drive (7.4 miles)

• Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets - 26 min drive (20 miles)



Other Things to Note:

Pool & BBQ

• Pool heating is available (Winter only)  for $50/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. A BBQ grill is also available for an additional fee; please request it at least 48 hours before arrival.  It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature.



What You'll Find When You Arrive

• Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.



Good to Know Before You Arrive

• Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.



House Guidelines

• Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.

• No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.

• Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.

• No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.

• This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level.

• We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.



Booking Requirements

• Lead guest must be 21 or older.

• A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation

• Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.

• Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)



Safety & Damages

• Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only.

• Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

• You can check yourself in using the keypad.

• You have free parking on the premises, which makes it very easy to get around the area. Please note, when parking in the driveway, be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed, and we cannot be held responsible.
