Location location location! Right off the freeway, brand new shopping and restaurants across the street, as close as you can get to the mountains and canyon, and just a 5 min drive to BYU, and 12 mins to UVU.

The home itself is so well distributed that you’ll all have your own space without being on top of each other, you’ll be surprised it’s a townhome! (Please remember you’ll share a wall with the neighbors, so be respectful!) fully loaded kitchen, TVs, garage parking, this is where you want to stay!

The townhome was very clean upon arrival, the check-in process was simple. We enjoyed our stay. The living room was a little small for all of us, but we managed. The kitchen had the basics and enough table wear for the group. The listing said it was 5 minutes to BYU. It's more like 15. Plan accordingly.

Great place, townhome was located in the right spot to get to anywhere. Place was clean, all we needed was provided. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Loved the parking in the garage. Place was clean, beds comfortable. Plenty of space. My only suggestion would be to upgrade bathroom towels. Very scratchy and don't look clean.

We had a really nice stay. It was easy to locate and to enter. It was a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The owner was quick to respond to my requests. The house was roomy and had everything we needed to be comfortable.

The property is cute. The neighborhood seems safe. The parking is great. The host was very responsive, until we checked-out. We didn't have enough toilet paper. We had to fix one of the toilets so it would flush. The coffee pot didn't work. The towels had a mildew smell. I told the host about the toilet paper during our (1-night) stay and she was willing to bring some to us at 10:30 PM. That was super nice. The next morning I informed her of the coffee pot and mildew towels and have never heard back from her.

Great Location!

Very close to the freeway and close to Payson and Provo which is where we needed to be. Home was clean and accommodations were just right for our family. Communication with host was great. Would stay again if in this area.

Great Place to Stay

So impressed with the cleanliness of this property. Check-in was easy. Neighborhood was quiet. Easy access to I-15 which made it easy to get to points of interest. Very safe location. Grocery store close by.

Fabulous location

Excellent location, easy to find. Communication was great. There were a few areas that could have been a bit cleaner. Upstairs linen closet was a mess with sheets literally wadded up and tossed on to shelves. Made us wonder if they were clean. The floor of that closet was super dirty. Not a big deal, but sleeping in clean sheets is a priority so we did wonder after that. Kitchen was nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay. Didn't feel rushed out the next day which was nice.

Property was located in very good central location with tons of shopping and restaurants across the street. Beds were comfortable and ample seating in kitchen and living room. Bathrooms were minimal with small and old/well-used towels. We would have appreciated regular sized hand towels, instead of small tea towels with tassels. I also noticed dust, dirt and hair on bathroom floors and baseboards. The rest of the house seemed clean otherwise. Host sent check in details early morning on the day of check-in, I would’ve appreciated notice a little bit sooner. Host also sent check out details to VRBO app, which were different than the paper checkout instructions in the home.

Made for a very comfortable trip for our family of 7. In a quiet neighborhood, very clean, had all the essentials and in a great location near shops, freeway & desired activities. Would definitely stay there again!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Springville. The space was clean and comfortable. We had 11 in our travel group and had lots of room. The location was very convenient. Close to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with all appliances. Alyssa was very quick to communicate with and respond to questions. Will definitely stay here again.
