For those looking for a very clean place in which to sleep, this unit fits the bill. Most of the basics one might expect from a value centric apartment is provided. However, this is not a place you'll want to "hang out". What furnishings are provided are very basic. So if value for dollar is your priority this unit should do.One note: it would be best to BYO anything you might need in the way of creature comfort as nothing beyond the absolute basics are provided.

The main level floor turned your feet black. The rest of the house was very clean. I appreciate a clean toilet. The toys in the basement were a nice touch. the constant messages of what we were not allowed to do was quite annoying. The A/C must have been turned down very low because it didn’t not blow much cold air. (The driveway is very small so if you have a truck you will stick out in the street)

Thank you for staying with us. We value any feedback the thermostat can be set to your comfort from the panels located on the main floor. Our enclosed garage only fit one compact vehicle or two depending on their length. A truck like you stayed does not fit in the drive it sticks out, all our neighbors in the same lane face the same adversity. The floor can get dirty pretty quick because of the foot traffic through out your stay and last we prioritize our guests safety over fun that is the reason the rules are sent regularly. Have a great day.
