Winter Park Mountain Townhome

Brand new! Located in historic Old Town, very close to Winter Park Resort, the townhome is almost ski-in/ski-out, but also accessed by the free local town shuttle bus. The Winter Park Ski Train drops off nearby in the winter. The townhome is walking and biking distance to the Village, the Fraser River Trail and many other trails for skiing, biking, and hiking. Fully furnished, 2 bedroom/ 3 bath townhome. The first level is an oversized garage with full size washer and dryer, Level II EV charger, and plenty of room for gear storage. Upstairs on the main level is the kitchen, dining and living room with a full bathroom and a couch that converts to a comfortable queen size plus bed. Up on the third level is the master bedroom with queen size bed with large windows overlooking the Continental Divide, and an en suite bathroom. Also on the third level is a second bedroom with two twin beds and an en suite full bath with bathtub. Comfortable for sleeping 6 people. The house has a well equipped kitchen with walk out patio door to ski area views and open dining/living area. Complimentary wireless internet. Wonderful stay!

Our stay at Lisanne’s house was wonderful! The house was very comfortable for the four of us and incredibly spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we had everything we needed to cook. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the ski school for the kids and the slopes. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend staying here!

Epic Skiing Location

The location is great, and the home is beautiful. It doesnt always happen, but we had great fresh snow each day, and spirits were high. Highly recommend the location and home.

Weekend getaway

We had an amazing time! The place is a short walk from the gondola. We were able to get up walk to the lifts and ski before coming back warming up and hanging with the family at night. We would highly recommend this place!

Wonderful condo!

Our family of four had a great time, very new and well appointed condo in an excellent location. Excellent time skiing and snowmobiling. Owners were very responsive, thanks for the wonderful hospitality and experience in Winter Park. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Townhouse

Great property! Spacious yet cozy for our group! The heated garage was a hit! Communication with the property owner was seamless. She was so helpful and responsive! Can’t wait to book this again for our next trip to WP!

Christmas skiing at Winter Park

Our family was the first to stay at this wonderful new 2 bedroom/ 3 bath property, and we were blown away. The home is beautiful and comfortable and practically a ski in/ ski out, located only a few hundred yards from the base of Winter Park Resort. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances and cookware, which allowed us to prepare meals like we were at home. The property is heated throughout with radiant floor heat, which is perfect for its high ceilings and large windows. Even the garage is heated, which kept our ski boots and vehicle warm. I felt a little bad watching the neighbors have to clear snow from their driveway-parked vehicles. The living room has a smart TV, so we logged in to our own Netflix and YouTube TV accounts and were good to go. The property owner was quickly responsive to our messages and check-in/check-out was super easy. It was a 10 out of 10 experience for us, and we hope to be able to rent the property again in future trips to Winter Park.

Beautiful, well-located home, just a short walk to the base of Winter Park. The kitchen is well stocked, so we were able to prepare meals and feel right at home. This year, the snowfall has been limited, so not much of the mountain was open for skiing. We spent more time in the townhome, so it was a blessing that it was so nice.
