Située à seulement un pâté de maisons de la base de Winter Park, cette maison de ville entièrement rénovée offre un superbe emplacement et une vue incroyable sur les pistes de ski! Portal Place est unique en son genre.

À l'intérieur de la section fermée de la base de ski, cette maison de ville offre une intimité luxueuse comme l'un des deux logements du duplex. Il se trouve sur le fleuve Fraser avec une vue imprenable sur les pistes de ski. Marchez jusqu'à la base en 5 minutes ou prenez la navette, arrêt unique.

Le niveau supérieur comprend deux suites principales, une avec un lit king size (et un lit gigogne queen) et l’autre avec un lit queen size (et une mezzanine pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 2 enfants). Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain attenante avec de grandes douches. Il y a aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse à ce niveau.

Au niveau principal se trouve le salon avec une cheminée à bois, une cuisine gastronomique, un coin repas, un coin à dormir double et une demi-salle de bain.

Le niveau inférieur est la porte d'entrée avec le stockage de ski et deux stalles de carport. L'endroit de portail est non-fumeur et sans animaux.

Nouvelles télévisions, spa privé et Internet sans fil.
Il ne s’agit pas d’un ensemble de moulins, mais de meubles et d’appareils électroménagers haut de gamme ... Chambre et pension / West Elm / Bosch / Fisher & Paykel.

We had a wonderful, very enjoyable stay at this townhome near the base of Winter Park. Very well decorated, comfortable furniture & beds, and stocked with all of the essentials you need more. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Winter Park lodging

This was a beautiful, clean and well stocked townhome with plenty of space for a family of 4 or more! We walked to the gondola each day to ski, enjoyed cooking meals each evening in the well stocked kitchen and especially enjoyed a dip in the hot tub to rest our weary legs after a day of skiing. Wonderful property!

Lovely Stay

The condo was very well appointed and as described in the listing. Host was quick and good with communication. Location is very good, it’s a pretty easy walk to the village/lifts, and my kids (8 and 13) handled it without a complaint. The private hot tub was a very nice perk as well as the parking. Recommend and would rent again.

Great location in Winter Park

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay at this property. The location was fantastic- just a short walk to the base. The unit was updated, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The space was great, and we enjoyed playing the board games and relaxing in the hot tub after a day of skiing. We would definitely stay here again when coming to Winter Park.

Girls’ Trip

Great spot to stay near the resort! Quick and clear communication. Easy walk from the train station and to the ski lifts. It was also a quick walk to the bus station to get around the area. The place was fantastic and there was plenty of space for 5 of us to spend time together after a day on the mountain. We all loved the space and would stay there again!

We had an absolutely great stay. The house is lovely. It has everything you need for a ski getaway. Kitchen is fully stocked. And it is literally only 5-10 minutes walk from the gondola! Paula was a fantastic host. We will definitely try to come back.

Great location, perfect space

This is our second time staying at this property. Can’t beat the location for the price and space. Owners communicated well and accommodating when an issue arose and was quickly resolved. The unit has everything you need to prepare meals (one of the best equipped kitchens) including humidifiers in every room. Would definitely stay here again!

It really is just a 5 min. Walk to the ski lifts.

Great location for those skiing enthusiasts that want a little more room for their money than staying in Winter Park Village area. In fact, the home was even more spacious than what the online pics show. The personal hot tub was so nice to have access to at the end of the ski day. We would book this home again!

We have stayed at various mountains and Winter Park numerous times. This townhouse is very new and well appointed on all fronts. 5 stars on everything. Beds are great. Host is awesome. Walk to base is short and simple.

We had an amazing time at this property with excellent communication from the host. Great stock of bathroom toiletries, kitchen items and small touches that we did not have to purchase. Our stay included dishwasher soap and laundry detergent so do not feel it is necessary to purchase all these small items that were provided by the host.

5 star all the way

Perfect utilization of space. Heated floors and hot tub huge hit. Took advantage of all the games and awesome fire place. Best location and woke up staring at mountains each day. Enough supplies (towels, tp, shampoo, etc) that you can come with a small bag and good to go. Great work owners!

No brainer

No brainer. Stayed here with my fam (16 year old twins). As mentioned in other reviews, the place is much nicer than the photos. Completely renovated with radiant floors and tasteful decor. It's got everything you need - fully stocked kitchen, hot tub, and wood burning fireplace.

Great location and fully equipped home

The short walk to the slopes and ski school makes this home a perfect place to enjoy Winter Park. The relaxing hot tub has an amazing view and listening to the stream is fantastic. The fully equipped kitchen provides all you need to cook a meal. We ate at the house all but 3 meals of the 5 full days during our stay. It takes 7 minutes to walk to the ski school from the front door. It was perfect for our 6 and 11 year old to get going i the morning. 100% we will rent this place again if available.

major comfort, major style, ideal location

This should be your number 1 pick when staying in Winter Park! My family of 4 loved our stay here and would definitely come back. The location is ideal, it's a 5 minute walk to the village/gondola but in a very quiet area. Between the huge windows overlooking the slopes, the fireplace and the comfy sofas/chairs/daybed we were happy winding down by playing the games & puzzles they provided. The decor was super stylish and super-duper comfy. The kitchen had all the basic necessities (and great quality) for us to cook some hearty meals. Everything there was top-of-the-line! Our only challenge with the house was a lack of drawer & closet space. Only one of the 2 bedrooms had a closet and there were no drawers to unpack; we had to stack our clothes in piles on the floor. This inconvenience was far overshadowed by everything else the house had to offer.

We LOVE Winter Park! We raised our kids skiing here and then sold our place in town. We missed the mountain so we jumped at the chance to own this great little place so close to the mountain we love!
