This charming apartment has recently undergone a full renovation in 2024, and boasts plenty of natural light throughout the day, and its spacious/kitchen living room combo is the perfect space for entertaining. The apartment boats a comfortable queen-sized bed in the master bedroom, 3 single beds in the second bedroom and a queen-sized bed in the third bedroom, and three full bathrooms. Each room has its own mini split AC. There`s plenty of space for up to seven guests.
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including two large 50-inch plus Smart TVs and a fully stocked kitchen. The outdoor shared patio next to the unit is a perfect place to relax and unwind, with a BBQ grill and seating area available for your enjoyment. The apartment is situated on the first floor, providing a sense of privacy and seclusion, while still being close to everything that Pacific Beach has to offer. You have one dedicated parking spot next to the patio and steps from the front door.
As a guest, you`ll have the convenience of 1 private parking spots in the alleyway, numbered as number 3 and plenty of street parking nearby. Please be sure to park only in the designated spots to avoid any inconvenience to the neighbors. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible via a side door next to the garage.

Great place to stay
Freshly renovated place done very well and thoughtfully. Spacious and clean. Couches, beds, chairs, and all in great condition. Well stocked with all essentials including enough towels for the whole family.Really appreciated being in a place that is in such nice condition. I hope future visitors take care of the place, and I would definitely look to come back to it if I'm staying in the area in the future.

Beautiful property
Lovely VRBO. Nicely renovated and decorated beautifully inside with a great use of the space. Perfect for my family of 6 adults. The air conditioning was a saving grace during one of the hottest weekends on record in San Diego. Conveniently located to everything and within walking distance to anything you would need. We were able to walk to the beach, grocery stores near by, and plenty of options to eat. Definitely recommend! Our family enjoyed our time here.

This is a fabulous place to stay- exceptionally clean and mostly comfortable. Such luxury with 3 bathrooms! Just 2 of us, H and me, so it was very roomy. We stayed 2-1/2 months due to flooding of our home in November. We especially loved being in PB, easy walking distance to bay, and a few blocks farther to the ocean boardwalk. It was good living for the duration . Amenities: Having a nice new washer/dryer was fabulous, as was the dishwasher. There were plenty of sheets and towels and all 3 bath/showers were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and soap. bathroom/vanity space was plentiful . Kitchenware needs improvement- more silverware to replace the scratchy few in the drawers. The pans for any cooking were in poor condition and need to be weeded out and restocked. A decent set of pans, silverware and plates would be a bonus for those of us who cook even light occasional meals. The existing Plates are as heavy as iron and they could use an upgrade. Our host, Daniel, was terrific. His offsite staff and he were always at the ready for questions or issues, from beginning to end. It was hard to leave this place that was home for us for the long stay.
