Spacious house with sea views


1, Atlantic Terrace is a light and airy 3 storey house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large through living/dining room, with one reserved parking space for guests at the Rugby Club 10-15 min walk from the house. The house is up a steep narrow hill between the Barbara Hepworth Museum the Tate. It is very central with easy access to beaches, the station and the town. Amazing views over the harbour and beyond from top room. A small courtyard to the side, which is a real sun trap. It can sleep 8, but smaller groups of 2 -4 have enjoyed the space.

Great house - clean and spacious

The house is lovely - clean and well appointed with good views of the harbour from the top floor. Bit of a steep walk from town - but not too far from Fore Street. Would book again.

Pet friendly, walkable to both surfing beaches and the harbour, in short Amazing!!

Best part about the property, it’s location! Parking is something you’d need to consider but Sue helped us with that. We had a great time :)

The Ups & Downs of St Ives

We had a wonderful stay at St Ives. The walk up the hill to the house was worth it for the view. The house was very clean and felt like home. It's location was close to town, the beaches and walking trails. We loved it!

Fabulous new year holiday

Gorgeous house, perfect for two families. The bedrooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The linen and towels were all clean and lovely. The kitchen is very well stocked with lots of crockery, appliances and glasses for all occasions.The contact with the host is really quick and easy and the parking space locally was really helpful.We love the location as it's only 5 mins walk into the town or beach.... we didn't mind the steps, and expect it when on holiday in st Ives. We shall definitely be back xx

Lovely St Ives

It’s spacious and comfortable, conveniently located, and well decorated so we enjoyed it very much. It has the best supplied kitchen in a rental we have ever seen. Airs a great house for a family group like ours and we had great fun - thank you. The cleaning in the downstairs bathroom was a bit dirty. But not seriously. And the rest of the house was very clean and well organised

Well equiped and very comfortable house.

Property is lovely. Just a described. It has a well stocked kitchen that is perfect for cooking family meals. The view from the top floor is amazing, though it does involve a narrow flight of stairs with no railing that may not suit everyone. However majority of bedroom are the floor below, so will be no problem. I can highly recommend.

This house has been in the family since 2006 and rented full time by friends for 3 of those years. We use it regularly with our children and grandchildren but love to share it with others when we are not there.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We get very positive reviews from all our guests and are constantly looking to improve the house in keeping with its environment.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

All guests comment on the wonderful location of the house, as it is so very close to everything, although there is always a walk up a steep hill or steps back from town and beaches. We see this as good exercise, but obviously can be challenging. Our next door neighbour still walks up and down almost every day in her 80s, albeit very slowly!!!
