The Space:

Relaxing and inviting cottage, close to all major attractions located in the gated CALABAY PARK AT TOWER LAKE Resort Community. Large Master bedroom with spacious master En Suite bathroom. 2 bedrooms adjoined by jack-n-jill bathroom, private bedroom with bathroom on opposite side. Enough space to get away and unwind. Kitchen with bar and dining room, open concept living room w/ glass sliders leading to the covered patio perfect for dinner outside overlooking the newly refinished pool. Come and unwind in your own relaxing space! Parking must be facing same as others.

Guest Access:

First bedroom on the left has 2 twin beds with attached bathroom that leads to bedroom 2.

Bedroom 2 has Queen bed.

Bedroom 3 has King bed and right outside the bedroom door is bathroom

Large Master bedroom with spacious master En Suite bathroom.

Free parking on the driveway or the street (must be facing the same as other vehicles so it will not be towed)



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Central Florida, Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a modern, gated community, located on US Highway 27, south of I-4 in Haines City, Florida, offering both short-term/vacation rentals and year-round occupancy. Guarded 24/7 which enhances the security of the community, adding an extra level of comfort and safety for guests and homeowners.

Calabay Parc at Tower Lakes offers lakefront amenities, including a boat ramp, and fishing dock, as well as a limited-use clubhouse.



Getting Around:

Its convenient location provides easy access to all the major attractions, including Walt Disney World, LegoLand, Universal Studios, EPIC Universe, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center, and Busch Gardens, and many others, as well as Orlando, Tampa, and Lakeland metro areas.



Other Things to Note:

Small dogs are allowed with prior notification, request breed and must be under 20 lbs.

This is a vacation home. We offer some complimentary supplies until you have a chance to purchase them. (2 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, 1 soap and 1 fabric softener, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, a few loads of pods for the dishwasher and 1 soap (per bathroom).

We don't leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination.

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

We expect all guest to maintain the home in the good condition it was found in and make sure to keep clean. Any damages will be charged to the guests. Quiet hours are from 11pm-7am.

Only guests on the reservation are allowed in the home unless we give permission.



No parties, no illegal drugs, no pets, and no smoking inside allowed.



POOL HEAT-IMPORTANT

* Pool heat can be available for $36/night

*Needs 48 hour notice to be turned on.

*Minimum 3 nights to maintain temperature, temperature will not exceed 95F.

*Heaters works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.



Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)



For arrival go to Tower Blvd- at the main entrance there is a guard at the gatehouse.

We are available by message board, chat, or phone from 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
