We LOVED this house! Beyond clean, tastefully decorated, well-stocked, and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Our host was extremely helpful, proactive, and responsive. We were attending the Lakeland Aerospace Expo (Sun-n-Fun) and this house was conveniently located 25 minutes away. Highly recommend.

Check in was easy. House was clean and a newer construction in a quiet neighborhood. Was great for my family during our vacation to legoland and surrounding orlando. Would stay again! William, the host was accommodating and had great communication though out our stay.

The property was exactly as described and communication with the owners was relaxed and reliable. The furnishings were comfortable and modern. Lot's of add-ons you wouldn't expect from a VRBO like an electric griddle we used to make breakfast and a really nice community pool, especially useful on hot FL days. We we're in town for a baseball tournament so being close to the Lake Myrtle Sports Park was a must. Shopping and dining is close as well. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was nice to walk around at night. We'll definitely be back next year when my son is in the same tournament. Thanks for a great stay!

Better than pictured. Very close to Lake Myrtle Sports Complex with no traffic and only a couple of lights in between. Just a few minutes to new Publix. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Spotless. Furnished with everything we needed. Awesome water in fridge door that tasted pure and clean. Would definitely choose to stay here again if ever in the area. Gracious host.

This home is beautiful and spotless! It has everything you need and more. Roku tv which allowed us to stream channels from home for news. It is a nice quiet neighborhood with a community pool.We were worried the pool would be crowded but oftten were the only ones there. Close to baseball fields for the Ruuss Matt tournament. Lots of local resturants.Host was very very helpful and easy to get in touch with. We hated to leave! Close to Disney too! You won't be disappointed!

Beautiful home with plenty of space. The owner was very flexible when it came to meeting our last minute needs. All of the necessities were of good quality within the home. We did run into an issue with the hot water but the owner was able to send his son-in-law over to fix the problem.

Convenient to Lake Myrtle Sports Park

The home is very new and everything within is exactly as it appears in the listing photos. The property is very conveniently located if you're attending a tournament at the Lake Myrtle sports park, it is near to Auburndale, and about a 20-25 minute drive to Lakeland (for restaurants). The owners have thought of just about everything. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could think of, there is Publix within a 5 min drive and while we had not planned on dining in, we did because there aren't too many restaurants nearby. The bedrooms & bathrooms are spacious and overall squeaky clean & well stocked. This home appears to be brand new. The community has a pool that we unfortunately didn't use as afternoon rains interrupted our plans but we did see it & it looks very nice. Communication with the owner was super timely and helpful. He reached out during our stay to check on us. All in all I would say that this was the cleanest, newest VRBO I've ever reserved. We would stay again!
