Located in Mangrove Bush Settlement, this lovely studio apartment offers one large open room with a king bed, sofa and recliner and a second private full bedroom. The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, towels and a hair dryer. Guests can enjoy amenities like an iron, washing machine, WiFi, and A/C. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with coffeemaker, microwave, stove, toaster and full size refrigerator and all cooking utensils you may need. Sun Cafe & Bistro located on site offers breakfast and lunch and you can browse in our quaint gift store with locally made trinkets ~ Experience the magic of Long Island from this centrally located unit!

The Island has a small population, where we know just about everyone in the community! It is very safe and peaceful and lovely to explore with family and friends.

This property hosts several units, but they all have their individual charms! The Cafe & Bistro is usually a highlight for guests, as they don't have to worry about fixing breakfast or lunch, or requesting a picnic for daily explorations! Centrally located, close to grocery, gas and liquor stores, and only about 3 miles from the Deadman's Cay Airport, Sun Living is the perfect spot to discover Long Island from North to South end.
