Located on 180 Acres in Dripping Springs, the Nook Villa is a Relaxing Luxury Modern Home with all the amenities you could possibly need. Decorated Mid-Century Modern and accented by beautifully restored antique pieces.

This home is built around the west-facing picturesque 180-degree stunning views showcased throughout the indoor and outdoor spaces.

Relax on the large comfortable sofa, the luxury hot tub, or on the covered porch to take in the beautiful sunsets.

The Nook Villa is one of three private freestanding Luxury Villas on our 180 acre ranch we call Hideaway Hill Country. Each Villa has it’s own private hot tub, private outdoor space, and it’s own unique personality. The Nook Villa is decorated sophisticated modern and features a covered patio where you will love to unwind for evening sunsets.

The living room is the showcase of this home, with its large windows providing 180-degree views of Flat Creek and the Texas Hill Country. Our large comfortable sofa is the perfect place to enjoy the sunset or curl up with a book and doubles as a Queen Bed that can sleep two additional guests.

Listen to our record collection on the vintage record player and Marshall speaker, or connect over bluetooth and play your own music.

Large windows throughout the living room and kitchen provide natural light, offer endless views of the Hill Country, and bring the indoor and outdoor living spaces together. You will find yourself captivated by the Hill Country Landscape.

The kitchen features gorgeous natural stone countertops and a large island with bar stools for seating. The kitchen joins the primary living space to create an open entertaining space.

Due to steep drop offs, no children under 12 are allowed.

No pets are allowed.

No parties or events are allowed.

Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property.
Access to the property by people other than the guest must be approved prior to the stay.

Parties or events held without permission will be broken up and dispersed.
