The second bedroom had a spring type of bed that was so hard when you lay on it you feel springs. It is very close to a plant. There are few food spots nearby but nothing is walking distance and it’s unsafe to walk. The dryer was not working so we tried to wash towels for a 4 day stay and it was not working. Cheryl was able to communicate about knowing it was hard to start but we could not get it to work. She was able to provide us with more towels but not sure why it wasn’t fixed. Garbage disposal was not working so sink was clogged all weekend. The finishings in the home was nice and up to date. Main room and first room beds were comfortable. There is a bob wired fence.No real fence around the property and it’s right off the freeway. Toilet got clogged and the plunger was cheap and unable to work. Under sink was unkept. I suggest keeping that clean. We could not find garbage bags, there was one in the can. They were able to leave two in the mailbox. I suggest planning ahead for a hike that size to have items on site like garage bags. A small box of bags won’t break to bank. We rent homes several times a year and this one missed the mark. We killed a roach on day one so I would suggest keeping pest control up dated due to the location and with a broken down vehicle and a large metal crate in the yard that can bring pest. If you are a family this may not be the best location or place. Maybe for a quick stay over night this works but not for longer stays

This property was very clean and close to everything we needed. The owner was very nice and took care off all our needs and made sure we had everything! We would stay again if we come back!

Cute place

Very cute place with good communication from host.Close to the interstate and activities of the city but noise level may bother some. Kitchen was easy to prepare meals in but lacked some of the bare essentials (strainer and left over containers). Maybe it was us but we could not get the garbage disposal to work. Overall, I would stay at this place again.

BEST STAY EVER!!

What a wonderful experience! Cheryl was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed I had an amazing stay at Cheryl’s place! The house was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!

Overall the property was decent, the location was good for the traveling people. Unfortunately, there was a mixup with the owner/property manager around the stay. And also during the stay, the water was turned off our last part of our stay-that was very inconvenient.
