Your Indianapolis adventure begins staying in a renovated and remodeled space inside the Historic Merz building constructed in 1900. As one of the Kessler managed properties expect all you get with a five star hotel in a VRBO experience. For starters there is free onsite parking. Park your car and forget it. The location is a walk away from the Indianapolis Convention Center, Lucas Oil Stadium Eli Lilly, Gainbridge Fieldhouse and many of downtown Indianapolis’s many fine restaurants and art establishments to include the world famous Gallery Forty-Two. This boutique space can accommodate up to 7 guests. Feel free to reach out during your stay - we're happy to suggest local spots to check out.

This location is the best! We could see the stadium from our window. Bill’s communication was literally within minutes, the apartment was spotless and comfortable. We will stay here every time we are in the area!!!

The unit was spectacular. Despite getting ill taking our weekend plans out at the knees, this place was an oasis perfectly located at the center of the winter event we came to town for.

My daughter and I took a trip to Indy to see the Indiana Fever play. We had such a nice stay at this property. It’s very obvious that the owners care very much about their space. Everything was very clean, updated, tastefully decorated and painted. The beds were very comfy, the shower was so nice. It was perfect for our 3 night stay. The location felt very safe which was important to us. If you’re catching a Colts game, it’s right across the way from Lucas Oil. Gainbridge fieldhouse where the Fever play was a safe 10-15 min walk. Parking is plentiful and easy, right outside the building. We will certainly be back! Thank you for sharing your lovely space with us!

In 1987 I had the good fortune of playing in the Pan American Games held in Indianapolis. It was that tournament that qualified my team to compete In the 1988 Olympic Games in the sport of Team Handball. I wrote in my diary the day before leaving Indianapolis that I felt as if I would live in this city some day. So here I am, since 1989. Love it!!!
