Your cozy getaway awaits in Provo at this marvelous walk out basement apartment, meaning no stairs!! With 3 bedrooms including a king, twin, and queen bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The king bedroom also features a 50" TV sitting on top of a mood setting/romantic 5' electric fireplace. The second fireplace is wood burning and right across the double French door entrance. The twin bedroom also has an available Pack and Play that toddlers and babies can sleep in and is easy to set up. One of our favorites is the queen bed in the third bedroom. It is equipped with a remote control that allows one to raise or lower your head or legs while receiving a mild massage. All of the nightstands in the king and queen rooms are equipped with charging stations on the top back side. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer for added convenience and 2 safety grab bars as seen in the pictures. In the living room area there is a wall mount 70" TV that can also easily be seen while eating at the island. A toddler high chair is also available. The laundry room is complete with an iron and ironing board. Soft water is plumbed throughout the apartment except for the fridge and the kitchen sink cold water. The kitchen is complete with all new appliances including a coffee maker. Enjoy the AC, high speed WiFi/internet, cable TV, exercise spinning bike and outside propane BBQ during your stay. We are conveniently located to Rock Canyon Park and hiking trails (less than 2 blocks), BYU Football and baseball stadiums (1 mile), the BYU Basketball Arena ( 3/4 mile), the MIssionary Training Center (referred to as MTC is less than a mile), scenic Bridal Veil Falls (8 miles away going up Provo canyon), Sundance Ski Resort (13 miles, 20 minutes by car). Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Provo. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
