Beach House avec vue sur l'océan et la plage Famille / AccÚs Parc

Cette maison privĂ©e entiĂšrement approvisionnĂ© vous permet d'avoir tous les conforts de la maison, pendant que vous ĂȘtes loin de la maison! La maison est juste un pĂątĂ© de maisons de Buccaneer Beach & Park, qui est l'un de nos plages prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©es dans la rĂ©gion - un excellent endroit pour amener vos enfants et de prendre vos animaux de compagnie pour des promenades.

La maison a été rénovée il y a deux ans, et il comprend une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, 3 chambres / 1. 5 salles de bains, un espace patio et spa se prélasser, et de la marque de nouveaux meubles et appareils électroménagers.

L'emplacement est génial pour des excursions à la plage, Disneyland, Legoland, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Padre Stadium, Del Mar Courses, Del Mar Fair, Anaheim Stadium, Sea World, et Balboa Park.

* Notre maison est en face de la voie ferrĂ©e. Ce train longe toute la cĂŽte nord du comtĂ© de San Diego. Il ya une station d'un mile et demi loin de la maison, qui offre un accĂšs pratique au centre-ville de San Diego, diverses autres villes de plage, et mĂȘme Los Angeles. Pour le sommeil lĂ©ger, cela pourrait ĂȘtre un problĂšme, cependant, toutes les propriĂ©tĂ©s cĂŽtiĂšres dans le nord du comtĂ© sont proches de ces pistes.

* Il n'y a pas de climatisation dans la maison. La grande majorité des maisons dans notre région ne dispose pas d'AC parce que nous obtenons une grande brise de l'océan !!!

Nice home and location

Perfect retreat

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The space was perfect for our family of 5. The hot tub got a lot of use by the kids and the location was great for exploring the area. It is a short walk to coffee in the morning and pizza at night.

Legoland

The stay was great! The location was perfect. We went to Legoland one day and Old Town San Diego the next day. Down the street from Carlsbad. The house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay for a southern California vaca

This property was perfect for our family of 4. The kids loved living in the bunkbed room for the week. The listing is spot on and the house had everything we needed. I was surprised how walkable the neighborhood is. The hostess was very responsive to the couple of questions I had from the beginning and our stay was immensely enjoyable! Favorite parts were the very private backyard, cleanliness of the house, and location of the property. We were out for morning walks every day either to the beach, park, or coffee shop!

LOVED OUR BEACH WEEKEND

As described online. Great location to the beach. I would suggest that they bleach the towels as ours look very dingy even though I am sure they were clean. The one cabinet in kitchen looks like it could become detached. Great outdoor space!! Accommodating host!! Would stay again!! Thanks for a great weekend!

Loved the weather and location

House clean..location great near ocean..disappointed at the amount of flies in the patio..could not enjoy the back at all..infestation of flies all over..trash cans to close to patio hundreds of flies on them..i left 115 degree weather to enjoy outside not to be inside cause of this...kitchen too small not like photos i saw..TV. Unable to watch Padres game cause cable didn't get channel..😒

Cute beach house but the trains!

We had a great visit to Oceanside with the family. The house was really cute. We would not recommend it to large groups as there is only 1 shower and 2 toilets. There is an outside shower which would mostly be used for rinsing off after going to the beach. The backyard and the front of the home were fenced in which made it safe for our twin grandchildren. It is an older home so the floors creaked loudly in some areas and the beds were also very creaky. The biggest problem was that it is right across the street from the railroad tracks and being that there was a road that crossed the tracks the trains always blew their horns when approaching that intersection. The trains were too noisy for all of us and we did not get a good nights sleep while we were there. Great place for a short trip and if you are already used to so much noise.

Perfect Beach House Get Away

I cannot say enough great things about this property and our host Cristie. We had a fantastic time at this house in Oceanside. The location is perfect! Walking distance to cute breweries/restaurants, coffee shops, parks, walking paths, surfing, and beaches. This is an ideal spot for anyone who loves and is looking to be submerged in the SoCal beach culture. The house itself is so cute, clean, and comfortable. It fit 6 adults, 2 kids, and dogs wonderfully. We enjoyed curling up and sinking into their huge couch, slept wonderfully on their cozy beds, and the highlight was sitting in the jacuzzi at night, looking at the stars, listening to the crashing waves, and soaking in that wonderful ocean air. You can literally hear the waves hitting the sand when you are outside or have the windows open. My husband is from Encinitas and has lived there most of his life. Since we moved, we travel often to North County to visit his family, this place was nostalgic for us and gave us our North County "fix". Spending a huge part of our lives in Encinitas, we love the sound of the coaster coming by, but realized that the coster is so quiet and the windows are soo good, we kept missing it as it passed by. When I asked my niece and nephew what their favorite part of the house was, they said it was their bunk beds and the video games! They loved their room and had a blast playing packman and streetfighter. Cristie was friendly, and so responsive during the booking process and our stay. She opened her home to us and help accommodate our large family of people and furbabies. We will definitely be back to stay and will forever remember all the memories we created here.

There were a few things that I needed to contact the host about. The response and solution was GREAT! The dogs had a great time too!The main problem is that now my husband wants a PAC-MAN video game console for Christmas.

Great for a family vacation

Our family spent 5 days in Oceanside and we loved the location of this property. It was spacious enough for us (five adults and 4 kids). The property owner, Christie, was quick to respond with any questions we had. We’d definitely stay here again!

Christie was great with communicating with us on any questions we had. Jacuzzi was great! Arcade games a big hit in the bunk bed room, Great outside patio in the front, very cozy and clean. Great price for the home. Would definitely book again.

Great house for the family!

We had a get short stay here. It's a short walk to great coffee in one direction and the beach in the other. The hot tub and arcade games were a big hit with the kids and the whole house was comfortable for everyone.

Nestled in the heart of South Oceanside, our neighborhood is calm and quiet while still in a very convenient location. We love our spot due to its proximity to the beach and Buccaneer Park as well as the many delicious dining options within walking distance.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The South O Seabreeze is a chic beach house with a clean and updated style that's spacious enough for multiple families. The home is a single story that includes a fully stocked kitchen, a large bunk room for the kids with its own half bath, a master bedroom with a queen bed, an additional bedroom with two full beds, and another bathroom down the hall. There is also a large patio in the front with an enclosed hot-water outdoor shower and a private backyard with a hot tub, bbq, fire pit, and comfortable seating area. The home has a large smart TV in the living room and a TV and arcade games in the bunk room. In addition, we recently installed central AC and heat for greater comfort.
