Forget your worries in our spacious and serene home. Escape to this beautiful 4 bedroom entire home on a quiet cul de sac in the idyllic South Shore town of Scituate. One mile to the beach, one mile to Cohasset, one mile to the Boston train. Summer rentals one week Sat. to Sat. please. Each bedroom features a queen bed, ensuring a good night's sleep for all guests. With two bathrooms equipped with shower and bathtub, and one convenient 1st floor powder room getting ready in the morning is a breeze. This delightful property also offers a brick walled basement rec room with additional pull out couch, large screen TV and foosball. Dining table seats 8. Lovely porch overlooks back yard with gas grill and fire pit. We'll be immediately available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. We have recently reconnected with VRBO after a long term rental. This a great house for a quiet family gathering or to get ready for a local wedding. We ask for outdoor quiet hours after 10 pm. Check in time of 4pm, Check out time of 11 am. Weekly rentals only during summer months and peak times. Min of 2 day rentals for all other times Weekly and Monthly discounts available.

The house was exactly as described, very charming, more than enough space for the six adults that stayed two nights. Very close to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!

The house was perfect for us. There were four couples here in Scituate for a wedding. We had plenty of room and hot water for us all to shower and get ready. Beautiful home and the area is very nice. The host was very quick to respond to any question I had. He was very helpful. I’d love to come back. Thank you

Host interaction was good. The location and space/layout of the house was great. There was not access to additional bedding, house and amenities seemed tired and disorganized. The mattress in the second largest bedroom lacks support and sinks in the middle- not suitable for two people.

We participated in an event at Wompatuck State Park and found this property suited our needs perfectly. We stayed for just two nights but wished we had reason to stay longer. The entire home was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfasts and dinners. We were nervous about whether or not the last person showering would have enough hot water but it was not an issue at all!

House location was excellent and safe. Outside could use some improvements. House was easy to access and homeowner was alive to answer any questions. Excellent pizzas from small local diner. Can’t remember the name but, it was next door to 7-eleven

Perfect house for large groups in Scituate

I stayed at this property with my family and the spaciousness and layout were perfect for our group of 9. The dining room is large and perfect for big meals with many people. The kitchen is also large with plenty of room for multiple people to work on meal prep either individually or as a group. The bedrooms are all spacious and there’s also extra sleeping accommodations in the nicely finished basement. The close proximity to the beach offers the opportunity for safe and picturesque walks. The host Gerald offers five star attention and replies to any inquiry quickly and is very thorough. Definitely consider this property for your stay.

This property was not represented as a duplex unit. The pictures show a complete house listing. My whole group could not believe what we were left with when entering property designated East and West units. So we get everything inside with a downbeat and get to the beach for a checkout. That was good. Then all us grownups sit on back porch to enjoy evening and start smelling odors from the southwest which is an overgrown property piece. Well the orders are from a sewage pump lift station for that whole side of the peninsula. We constantly smelled crappy odors all the time outside. I got to talk to two utility workers that come by daily to the pump station. It’s a big deep holding well. This was not disclosed. Another thing our dishes inside were mostly all dirty. Had to hand wash them. The dishwasher needs cleaning probably and checkout. It did not clean well. Anyone looking to stay here needs to ask about the lift station next door and being a duplex. Another thing the owner got upset when I told him about problems. I can’t believe anyone giving this site an excellent rate. Did not think to take photos.
