Enjoy a peaceful stay at our lovingly restored 1909 Craftsman side-by-side townhome nestled in the heart of Portland's vibrant Hawthorne district!

This spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom house with a dedicated office is a perfect retreat for your stay in the City of Roses. This property is on a quiet neighborhood street, featuring 2 KING beds, and blackout curtains - perfect for a good night's sleep. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and a Washer/Dryer, you can relax and feel right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and has a spacious attached dining area. Choose your own adventure for coffee or tea in the morning - we provide a kettle, drip coffee machine, Keurig + pods, and French press. The bathroom includes a hair dryer and a bathtub for added convenience. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.

Location:
Situated 2 blocks from Hawthorne and 4 blocks from Belmont, our home offers easy access to Portland's eclectic scene, yet is tucked away on a quiet neighborhood street.

Getting Around:
- Walk Score 95! Everything you need is within walking distance: coffee shops, grocery stores, vintage shops, and a variety of restaurants.
- Bike Score 100! Portland is incredibly bike friendly, so bring your bike or rent an e-bike.
- Public Transit: 5 min walk to bus stops that connect to downtown Portland.
- Driving: 10 mins to downtown, 15 mins to OHSU.

Notes:
- 2 night minimum stay.
- No pets. We have an outdoor cat, so please do not bring any pets onto the property during your stay.
- This is a smoke-free property. Please do not smoke anywhere inside or outside this home. Smoking will result in a $800 fine.
- Not ADA accessible. There are stairs leading up to the front of the home, as well as to the upper level.
- City mandated quiet hours are 9pm-8am on weekdays and 10pm-8am on weekends.
- We live in the adjoining townhome, ready to ensure you have a perfect stay in our lovely city!

Guests have full access to the unit including:

- There is also a shared back yard (note: no pets please for the sake of our cat).

Great home in a great neighborhood. We loved this place. We were hosting a bridal shower nearby and the home was great. Plenty of room. A fabulous kitchen...beautiful porch and the most walkable neighborhood. Great restaurants and shops. Park your car for the weekend and just enjoy this amazing community. We will be back. This place was absolutely perfect. Clean, comfortable, charming, and in a perfect location. Enjoyed our Christmas here as a family. We were able to cook a meal in the kitchen and have everything we needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. I would highly recommend this rental.

The three of us had a lovely stay. The space is a 1/2 (duplex) of a thoughtfully restored beautiful house. Appreciated the covered porch for lounging in the morning and evening. The street parking is close - if not in front of the house - easy to find and free. The kitchen is well-equipped and the hosts have left condiments, oils, spices, coffee, and quality tea for guests to use. The house is easy walking distance from some restaurants on Hawthorne and a neighborhood coffeehouse (Annex), and it’s worth walking through the neighborhoods to check out the old houses and yards with so much character.

Gorgeous quiet home on a peaceful tree-lined steet

What can I say? This home is clean, beautiful, well appointed and cozy. Comfy beds, stocked bathroom and kitchen I great for cooking. I was visiting my daughter and she wanted to invite a couple of friends so I cook for them. I cleared it with Triska and she even lent me a skillet from her kitchen! I will definitely return!!
