Enjoy a peaceful stay at our lovingly restored 1909 Craftsman side-by-side townhome nestled in the heart of Portland's vibrant Hawthorne district!
This spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom house with a dedicated office is a perfect retreat for your stay in the City of Roses. This property is on a quiet neighborhood street, featuring 2 KING beds, and blackout curtains - perfect for a good night's sleep. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and a Washer/Dryer, you can relax and feel right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and has a spacious attached dining area. Choose your own adventure for coffee or tea in the morning - we provide a kettle, drip coffee machine, Keurig + pods, and French press. The bathroom includes a hair dryer and a bathtub for added convenience. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.

Situated 2 blocks from Hawthorne and 4 blocks from Belmont, our home offers easy access to Portland's eclectic scene, yet is tucked away on a quiet neighborhood street.
Getting Around:
- Walk Score 95! Everything you need is within walking distance: coffee shops, grocery stores, vintage shops, and a variety of restaurants.
- Bike Score 100! Portland is incredibly bike friendly, so bring your bike or rent an e-bike.
- Public Transit: 5 min walk to bus stops that connect to downtown Portland.
- Driving: 10 mins to downtown, 15 mins to OHSU.

- 2 night minimum stay.
- No pets. We have an outdoor cat, so please do not bring any pets onto the property during your stay.
- This is a smoke-free property. Please do not smoke anywhere inside or outside this home. Smoking will result in a $800 fine.
- Not ADA accessible. There are stairs leading up to the front of the home, as well as to the upper level.
- City mandated quiet hours are 9pm-8am on weekdays and 10pm-8am on weekends.
- We live in the adjoining townhome, ready to ensure you have a perfect stay in our lovely city!
Guests have full access to the unit including:
- Private front entrance
- Front porch
- Free street parking, usually available
- There is also a shared back yard (note: no pets please for the sake of our cat).
