The Neighborhood:
Our charming home is nestled in the idyllic Division/Clinton district, also known as the Hosford-Abernethy neighborhood on local maps. Just four blocks away lies the historic Ladd's Addition, known for its beautiful rose gardens and unique diagonal street layout. While our home is situated on a bustling street, walking one block north will bring you to a serene residential area.
You'll be near some of Portland's finest restaurants, eclectic shopping, and convenient grocery stores. Enjoy the vibrant local culture with nearby cafes, boutiques, and farmers' markets. The area is also well-served by public transit, making it easy to explore other parts of the city. Whether you're looking for a quiet stroll through tree-lined streets or an evening out at a trendy eatery, our neighborhood offers the perfect blend of urban excitement and residential tranquility.
Getting Around:
🚶 Walking — This neighborhood is near the Division and Clinton corridors, two of Portland's favorite streets for dining and shopping.
🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 9 (Powell Blvd) provides frequent service to downtown.

This tiny home is located in the backyard of a main house, where there are also two other tiny homes. Each unit is fully private with its own entrance, but the backyard setting means you may see other guests coming and going. The approach includes stairs and a gravel path. Nearby traffic and music may be audible to light sleepers.

We welcome dogs (maximum two)! Our cleaning team cleans between stays, though we can't guarantee 100% dander-free for allergy-sensitive guests

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
