Great location! Very cute house and the greenhouse/patio was amazing. Modern decor with lakehouse feel. Quiet neighborhood, close to all Higgins Lake has to offer:)

We totally enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage. Very cute decor. The only thing I didn't like was the cool glass building in the back could've had a good cleaning. Too many spider webs.

Cottage with great location

This is a lovely cottage that is a short drive to South Higgins State Park. The kitchen is spacious and is well stocked with pots and pans and utensils and dishes. The back screened-in porch is a nice little addition. We did not use the greenhouse/gazebo in the back or the fire pit. This is one of the nicest places we have stayed near Higgins Lake.

The property was as shown in the pictures very cozy and an awesome back yard to enjoy a fire and stare gaze. The only down fall was the shower, it felt like i was taking a bird bath no pressure from the nozzle which made me disappointed and also Higgins Lake was Not a 2 min walk more like a 15min drive but its close enough from the cabin to enjoy the lake and scenery. The kitchen was big and had everything you needed overall I'd like to return if shower head was replaced and thougts about adding a cool tv outside in that shed would make it perfect

Wonderful Cottage

My wife, sons, and I stayed here while visiting family in town. It was a great location in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and close to the lake/state park, restaurants, ice cream shops, etc. We enjoyed sipping coffee on the the three seasons room in the morning, and the greenhouse room in the backyard in the evenings. This house has all the amenities you could ask for, and the owner was very responsive to any questions that came up during our stay. I highly recommend this cottage!
