Private and Clean - St. George Island is magical

Great house in a quiet neighborhood with views of the Gulf from the front porch. All you could need for a peaceful vacation. East Pine is a special art of the island with almost 80 acres of bayside State Land to explore and a quick walk or golf cart ride to the beach.

Family Gathering (All Men)

This rental was the ideal location for a first ever men family gathering (5 men) with quick and easy accesses to the beach, bay, and State Park. I highly recommend this very clean house with an excellent view to the Gulf.

Just what we needed for our family

We had a great time on the island and enjoyed this house and property. We brought our golfcart and enjoyed riding around the island. This house is just as described and has everything we needed for a great and relaxing weekend.

Great location

We visited for a week and were extremely happy with our stay on the island. This house was situated perfectly between the ocean front and the bay where I could walk 2 blocks and fish on the bay side or we could all walk two blocks and swim on the beach. Great house and great property manager. See you next year!

Girl's Weekend

The property had a great view of the ocean and a quiet location. Loved the balcony! The property was clean and had plenty of space for our group. The only issue we encountered was the internet service was poor and we could not connect.

Perfect for first stay on the island.

Stayed here for a quick 3 day vacation with our two year old. Great location a short walk from the beach and also walkable into town. Had everything we needed. Only downside was the internet was too slow for streaming, but with the TV channels and DVDs provided this was not a big issue to entertain a grumpy toddler during a couple of hours of rain :).

Return to St. George

It had been 25 years since we had been to St. George Island, Florida. It was wonderful to be back. So relaxing and peaceful. The house was clean and well stocked. The location was great and close to everything. We rediscovered a wonderful place! Thank you!

Very clean. Nice house, nice location. Very relaxing. Nice patio with great view and nice breezes. Owner was excellent. And really enjoyed our stay. A bit of a long walk to the beach but otherwise very nice

Not clean

The house was not clean. Bed linens were not clean and the mattresses and pillows were worn out. The floor was dirty. The drain in the en suite bathroom was clogged. The kitchen sink was leaking when we arrived and required a call to schedule a repair. The repair was done promptly, which we appreciated. There was no broom, no cleaning products, minimal dish soap which ran out during our stay, only one trash bag, no vacuum for the living room carpet. The garbage can was close to full when we arrived and was tipped over on the ground. It was not emptied during our stay. This house could be very nice for guests with a little extra effort.

Mother daughter getaway

My mom, sister and 4 year old daughter spent a wonderful weekend in his home. It is in a perfect spot for an easy quick way to the beach or bay. We woke up every morning and walked the beach for shells. Restaurants are close by as well. The house is beautiful and the owner was quick to reply with any question I had. As we were leaving we talked about how perfect this home and weekend were. We will def be back!

Island paradise

We had a great time during our stay here. The house is very well maintained and very clean. Even though it's a couple blocks from the Gulf we still had a nice view from the front upper deck. The owner was very responsive. We easily biked to restaurants and grocery stores. Would gladly stay here again.

Clean and convenient

Sand, Sea, and Surf was spotless on arrival. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, abundance of towels, and small, thoughtful conveniences like placemats and coasters. There is a little view of the gulf from the top deck and it is about a 2min drive or 5min walk to the beach access point at 9th street. The beach was never crowded and we especially visiting the state park down the road. We had a wonderful first stay on SGI and will be back soon :)
