Our cleaning team worked into the evening to prepare the space, and you remained on the property during this time without raising any further concerns directly. The following day, we received another complaint and, in good faith, issued an additional refund. We also want to point out that a significant portion of your reservation was refunded — with only $75 retained to cover the cleaning fee. Despite this, it’s disheartening that our efforts and accommodations were not appreciated. Regarding the issues you mentioned: The lock code issue was promptly resolved by providing the master code. Any reported maintenance concerns were not followed up during your stay, which limited our ability to address them in real time. While we understand some aspects of the property didn’t meet your preferences, we did our best to respond quickly and fairly to each situation.
