This Desert Oasis offers a comfortable stay with a welcoming deck and private backyard. It features 2 bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds and full kitchen. The home has a designated office space, including a monitor, docking station, and sofa. The dining area holds four people with an additional table in one of the living spaces for a quick meal or drinks for two. The home has 2 spacious living spaces where you can relax, read, or watch your favorite movie. There is fast Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and plenty of parking. The hosts were kind, efficient and responded in an immediate fashion. The house is an udpated 1950s single story, that was clean, spacious, with all the amenities that we needed (extra bedding, fans, air mattress, cooking supplies) Comfortable backyard with a mature tree and keva fireplace. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to restaurants, shops and the Sandia mountians. I will definitely look to this place next visit to albuquerque.

Outside haven

We stayed for about a week for our son’s baseball tournament. The house was a great location for us. We loved the back yard patio and used the grill twice. Beds comfortable and living room had enough seating.

Backyard Beauty

This property was great for myself and my 5 boys to stay at. Plenty of sleeping areas and the backyard was awesome for them to hang out and play in. We really enjoyed our stay, it was very comfortable.

Our stay at this property was really nice,the pics were spot on. I did take in that there's only a ceiling type AC unit, was cool enough during the day,but a bit uncomfortable at night, if the owners ever decided to upgrade the AC in this house,I would definitely make this my go to VRBO in Albequerque.

Absolutely loved this beautiful property!!

It was wonderful staying here. Everything was clean and the temperature was perfect upon arrival. When I needed to communicate with the property owner for minor details, I got a response right away. I honestly can't think of anything that would have made my stay any better. I would've enjoyed staying much longer!!

Great Little Gem

Great little place to stay. The property is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Very clean and all the amenities you may need. In fact I was upset I left my makeup washcloth at home and was going to run to Walmart and the hosts even had those. Communication was awesome from start to finish. When I come to Albuquerque I usually don’t need a place to stay but when I do again I’ll definitely be looking to book back here.

Great place in accessible neighborhood

The property is very clean and well taken care of. I love that there isn’t a long check out to-do list. The only downside is that I’m scent sensitive and they use a scent diffuser. That won’t impact everyone but it made it so that I had to avoid extra time there. Albuquerque is a great town, enjoy it!

Nice home with some minor issues

Overall this home was great and just what we needed. The neighborhood seems very safe and the house seemed very clean. The swamp cooler is loud but keeps the house cool all day even in late July. The beds were comfortable and the washer/dryer worked great. There were some small issues: the rain leaked through the roof in the room with the TV. I assume this is a known issue since there was clear pre-existing damage. Some of the doors in the house stick quite badly (the hinges are loose or perhaps the frame is not square). This is particularly annoying in the case of the bathroom, since the noise can wake everyone up at night if one person goes to the bathroom. Lastly, we encountered one very large cockroach.

Unable to use this reservation

Our family ended up getting sick half-way here from DFW so they had to turn around & go back. Communication was super during the process with some empathy as we were deciding what to do but confusion started once we were offered a 50% refund. The 7 days stated by the owner with her instructions ended up being only that day so we lost a big chunk of money with the refund. Deceived on purposed? It was all her discretion, but I didn't understand. The owners should treat everyone as if they are new at this, as we are. Just make sure you have clear instructions should you encounter this. My bad & lesson learned!
