I booked this room for a one night event at Dickey’s Arena with family and friends. The host reached out in a timely manner and let us know the details of checking in, he also let us know that the day before, and after our reservation were available upon request. When I and my guest arrived on the day of our reservation, we found that the property had not been cleaned from the previous reservation. The host then contacted us and said they will have a cleaning crew to come over while we were there and clean, which made several people in my party uneasy. The cleaning crew was there less than 30 minutes and did a very minimal job. The host was very apologetic and offered to reimburse me the cleaning fee which he as yet to do a week later. I’m attaching pictures of how we found the property upon arrival.

Family vacation

We had a great stay at this very spacious home. Very beautiful as well! Close to the stockyards if you are interested in a weekend stay here. Highly recommend!

Great stat. Peter was prompt to communicate! Host were very helpful and kind.

We stayed for the stock show and rodeo. Our kids show steers so we were there all week. The host were kind. The house has nice furniture. A comfortable couch, brand new washer, dryer and nice neighbors. Large TVs in the master bedroom and living room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Thanksgiving

The property was a base station while we celebrated Thanksgiving at a daughter’s home nearby.. it’s very spacious and has an above ground pool that in warmer months would be a hit with kids. We had a couple of problems that needed landlord attention and they were very responsive. 5 stars

Nasty unclean and roaches

Entire home smelled of marijuana, the house had not been cleaned in what it looks like a very long time, molded showers, roaches, pool water turned green and unusable, dirty bedding on brick hard beds, spent first two days cleaning before elders arrived while cleaning lady watched me cleaning the kitchen in the nasty refrigerator when I finally had to ask her after about 45 minutes to come in and clean the house sweep mop, clean the moldy showers, very disappointing, and absolutely disgusting not to mention The master shower was broken in a way that the water could not be turned off for two days until a plumber, got there we walked into that already being an issue upon arrival. We had to purchase cleaning supplies ourselves and had to wash all of the bedding upon arrival. We were told it was new bedding, but it was very wrinkled. Had hair all over it and down at the foot of the bed. You could tell where people had had their feet and there were stuff off the floor in the bed. All of this was brought to the attention of the cleaning manager and owner upon arrival. I guarantee it is 10 times cleaner than it was handed off to us because we spent the first two days of our trip cleaning.
Slimy water leak in refrigerator three drawers that are removed. One was half full. The other was a quarter full of slimy water.
Less than 10 minutes of walking on the floor in socks
The pool had turned green and the bottom had sludge on it
