We enjoyed the house and property very much. Everything was just as listed. The kitchen needs more items for convenience, such as a set of mixing bowls, a cookie sheet and plastic cups for the "Littles." Our kids loved the pool and bunk beds! Beds slept well! The location of the house is perfect for all of the business of the area. We all enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Cabin!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing stay at Whispering Mountain Waters! If you want to steer clear of crowded cabin cities and prefer true seclusion with the comfort of having plenty of room, this is the cabin for you. We took our first-ever family vacation here with 14 people, and there was more than enough space for everybody to feel comfortable. The property was exactly as described—gorgeous, peaceful, and beautifully secluded. Even the roads getting to the cabin were completely fine for our full-size SUVs. It was exceptionally clean, had every single thing we needed, and the customer service was exceptional from start to finish. We even had a major highlight when we saw a bear walk right through the backyard! Between the breathtaking views and the overall experience, we are already planning to rent from this company again next year, and we will definitely be booking this exact cabin for our next trip.

The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The wrap-around deck on the main floor was great along with the other private decks for the bedrooms and pool/hot tub areas. The Mountain views were amazing. And we even got visits from a black bear. We went with 10 people and there was plenty of room for all of us and plenty to do at the house. It is a little off the beaten path and takes 10-15mins to get anywhere, but I booked this house for the views and you won’t get that closer to town.

My family enjoyed this cabin! The pool is nice but the hot tub got used the most. The kids and some of the adults spent time in the game room. Kitchen is nice and everything worked as it should. We had no problems with anything and all had a great time.

Our stay at Whispering Mountain Waters was absolutely perfect! This was our first time traveling with our whole family so finding a cabin that served the needs of a family from newborn to 70 wasn’t easy. This cabin seemed to fit the bill in our search a boy did it deliver! Plenty of fun for the kids, comfort for the adults, space for privacy, and views to get lost in. Also at a great spot to do things in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg without having to stay on the main strip to travel between. We couldn’t be happier with our stay here and hope to return!

Relaxing Spring Break

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property worked very well for our group for a relaxing spring break get away. The bedrooms are lovely, the view was amazing and we loved have the two dining areas, gameroom and pool. Some things need to be tended to such as the hot tub had a musty smell, we never could get the furnace upstairs to work and we didn't want to call again as the maintenance person seemed very irritated when he came out for two door locks that were broken. So the people in the upstairs bedrooms were toasty all week. Overall, it was a great experience and we would recommend the rental to anyone looking for a nice large place to stay.
VrboOwner a répondu le 8 mai 2026
Hey Emily, we are glad you had a relaxing time and found the unit clean. The smell from the hot tub comes from the cover sealing in the heat and chemicals. This is normal and it depletes quickly once the tub has been opened for a few seconds. We sure wish you had let us know about the HVAC. Our goal is to keep everyone comfortable during their stay. We had addressed this issue and the HVAC is working 100%. While our technicians are normally polite and helpful anyone can have an off day and I hate that was your experience. The feedback has been noted and discussed with the team. We hope you will return again so we can give you a 5 star experience. :)
