Beautiful and cozy home

We had an amazing stay at this house it was very nice and very homey and the view were very beautiful! It was a very quiet and relaxing experience! I loved it and I would definitely be back and would love to stay here again!! The host was very nice and sweet and answered me right away with any question I had! Thank you so much I really enjoyed our vacation here!

This is a great little house with the basics. The drive up to it with a large van was a little tricky and then trying to turn around in the parking space required a five point turn with someone assisting outside the van. There are also steep stairs heading down to the entrance that I wouldn’t suggest for anyone with any kind of limited mobility. The house itself was clean and had the basics. We were left a goody bag with suckers, a pen and an emergency light stick which came in handy our first night in the dark. If you are planning on cooking, you’ll want to bring a large pot and or pan. There is small cookware provided that are adequate for a can of soup and a single grilled cheese and one oversized glass bowl. There isn’t a dishwasher and we didn’t mind hand washing, but there wasn’t any dish soap, so you might want to bring that or buy it while you’re there. There are games provided which was very nice and we brought a puzzle to work on, but there isn’t a table in the place that is big enough to do either of those things. You could stand around the kitchen counter, but then you don’t have cooking space. We ended up spending most of our time in town so that wasn’t a big deal for us. This is a lovely little place and easy to walk (after going down 144 stairs) to everything in old town Bisbee which is where most of the action is. I highly recommend for the agile traveler who just likes a place to rest and enjoy the night sky after an active day in town or hiking.

Retired college accounting teacher/instructor worked 2 jobs most of my life. I grew up in Tucson and taught the last 20 years in Phoenix, Tucson, Las Vegas, and Dallas. Traveling for work was part of my life.

I am a hands on mother of 7 (3 kids and 4 foster kids) and 2 grandchildren. I am the grandma that runs, plays, and rides bikes with the kids.

I loved coming to Bisbee and stepping back into time. It is very peaceful and quiet.
I enjoyed walking everywhere, it is a good walk and typically has stairs and steep roads. After a nice walk relaxing in the fresh air with Mountain Views and the sound of nature ENJOY THE OUTDOOR FURNITURE to relax and sip on a beverage.

Driving to the house is exciting, the roads in Bisbee are unique, they can be confusing. Bisbee was developed in 1880! There were no regulations and the walls, stairs, roads are un-even, not symmetrical, rugged, steep, and keeps you wondering. Once you get to the driveway, I added a nice house sign to help guide you in. The driveway down is shared with the next door neighbor, which I had paved, I added signs to the left for your parking and a EV for electric vehicles.

The neighborhood is quiet and the private fenced yards that we re-built, re-welded for annual Fire Department Inspection safety helps make the yards private so you can enjoy your family.

Neighborhood has a park/school play ground near by, many neighbors walk or ride bikes.

Stairs is a part of Bisbee and the property has stairs to enter the houses.

The house I fell in love with the moment I saw it! It is a little country, step back in time, and views that take your breath away.
The house was built in 1930, I completely renovated and re-built the house for safety and to add an extra bedroom and space in 2024.

DOWNSTAIRS IS THIS NEW STUDIO WITH MOUNTAIN VIEWS - a video below shows you the great space that is very clean, new, and has a washer and dryer in the room. The private fenced yard is great for dogs and kids.

There are stairs to enter the studio, the yard features a hammock swing and outdoor furniture.

Inside is refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and includes paper dishes for easy access. The bathroom is with a stand up shower and includes. soaps, towels, hair dryer. Water filtration system on the entire property.

Beds include Queen Bed with Hotel Topper for comfort. It is a new bed. And a chair that makes into a single bed.

Bisbee is known for the art, culture, rugged effects. This studio allows you to live the Bisbee life with NEW STATE OF THE ART appliances and the entire inside is new since Dec 2024. New full insulation to help with the old house noises. Brings in "todays" living and little of the old Bisbee living with beautiful views of the old west and old Bisbee.
