A very nice hotel close to many shops, restaurants, and a 10 min walk to the Ala Moana mall. A nice benefit is that it is located next to the Hilton Rainbow resort and there is plenty to do on this property. We'd have to say the shock value walking into our room was probably the best surprise we could have hoped for. Both Waikiki and Marina facing walls are nothing but glass and it is stunning.
Very for every Friday night fireworks.

We had a wonderful time. This property was great. The view is amazing. Everyone was easy to work with. Wish there would have been a vacuum, area rugs and basic cleaning supplies. Other than that 10/10.

The only thing this rental has going for its self is the view and location. Everything else was very disappointing, the undersized air conditioning cannot keep up with that size of a unit. Everything is outdated, old and dirty, alot of the owners at this hotel are elderly. So i went to the pool, thinking i can cool off to find out the pool is heated for the elder. keep in mind it was 90 degrees in Aug..

Loved the view, the floors could have been cleaned better on our arrival if there would have been a mop I would have cleaned them myself! Needs a little updating but would definitely stay again!

The condo was clean. The view was great. It very much took away from our vacation, the fact that the unit was terrible. Everything old, cheap and awful. The pictures of the unit are definitely years old. There were no bedspreads; only sheets. When was the last time it was painted? It looked like a frat house. Everything about it was disappointing. What made it even worse was looking forward to it for 10 months, paying approx. 5,000 for a week (including fees and taxes) and getting that. If someone asked me if I wanted to stay there for free or pay to stay somewhere else, I would pay to stay somewhere else. The difference in the pictures and what it is actually like is shocking.

Wonderful Waikiki Stay with Stunning Views

We had a fantastic time staying at the condo. It offered breathtaking ocean views, was spacious, and provided plenty of comfort for our family of seven. The location was perfect—within walking distance of nearly everything we wanted to do in Waikiki. With a rental car, exploring the rest of the island was easy and convenient. Pat, the condo’s owner, was always readily available to answer any questions we had. I would plan another trip to Oahu just so I could stay in her condo!

Wonderful stay! Everything was as stated in the summary. We couldn’t have asked for a better view, just gorgeous!! Also, close to everything from shopping to restaurants and excursions!! We will be back!!

The property was as described. The views from the baconys were beautiful. As described in previous reviews the property is weathered and worn. When we arrived (late Sunday afternoon) the drivethru was crowded with cars and people coming and going. No one to greet or direct you. Ilikai entrance ramps were closed for upgrades, leaving only the stairs and 1 very small elevator to get to the Lobby. The only Ilikai personnel available were the Valet who were extremely busy keeping things flowing. There were 6 adults and 1 teen in our party, It was chaotic and very frustrating to get to the room. Being from Texas, we are very used to airconditioning. After the hassle getting into the hotel we found the condo extremely warm. The beauty of the West sun streaming into the condo in the late afternoon was not welcoming. 2 window units were on but could not keep. It took hours before we were comfortable. The hallway from elevator to room was very warm. For first timers to Hawaii from Texas, open air concepts are foreign. It took a couple of days to acclimate.

Amazing location and views

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was spotless, well-maintained, and had a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals. The air conditioning was efficient and kept the space comfortable. The balcony offered amazing views of the marina, ocean, and even the Hilton fireworks. We woke up every morning for wonderful rainbows in the horizon
 The location is unbeatable-just a short walk to Waikiki Beach , the marina and Ala Moana Shopping Center. Amenities like beach towels, chairs, and access to pools added to the enjoyment. The building also has great facilities including a fitness center and restaurants. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and convenient place that made our Hawaiian getaway truly memorable-I would definitely stay again
