Aloha! Thank you for checking out our property.

The house has been completely remodeled and is very spacious—almost 1,000 sq. ft. of interior space plus two lanais totaling 150 sq. ft. It features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

The full kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator, and is fully stocked for your convenience. The large living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa/futon. Additional sleeping options include air mattresses and a portable folding bed frame with a thick mattress, available if needed.

There are 2 brand new smart TVs and free Wi-Fi throughout the unit.

Your family and friends will love staying on the 16th floor, with free parking included on the premises.

We’re located in the heart of Waikiki—just two buildings from the beach and steps away from many restaurants, with endless dining, shopping, the Honolulu Zoo, and Kapiʻolani Park. It's the perfect location to enjoy everything Waikiki has to offer!

wonderful location one block from beach, numerous eating options within walking distance, free parking, and felt safe in building/garage. condo had everything for our family of 4 - beach chairs and wagon were an extra plus.

We had a great time while staying here. The location was perfect, near the beach and restaurants. Spacious condo. Very helpful host, provided boogie boards, sun umbrellas and so much more! Loved our stay here!! Recommend highly!

Great stay and location

My family of 5 stayed here. We loved the location. Grocery shopping, retail shopping, restaurants, and ocean were all a 5 minute walk or less from the location. We all had plenty of space to spread out. Air conditioning kept us nice and cool. Enjoyed the beach supplies and wagon. Elevators were always quick. Host was always available for any questions. Looked like the pictures. Highly recommend for those that need 2 bedrooms and 2 baths!

Amazing!

My family and I had an amazing time at Ty’s unit. The location is second to none and it had everything we needed to take care of our toddler. I highly recommend this place and will rent from them again!

Wonderful stay right by Waikiki beach!

We loved our stay here. It was clean and had many appreciated amenities (including beach umbrellas, chairs and toys for the sand!). We loved that we could easily walk to Waikiki beach and back as well as being right around the corner from a bus stop with buses that took us everywhere we were hoping to go including Pearl Harbor and the airport. Aaron was very helpful and prompt with communication and everything was as advertised. Would highly recommend!

Nice Waikiki Condo

This property is 2 blocks from the beach at Waikiki. The condo was very clean, had a new dishwasher, new and clean plates and dishes, and good air conditioning. Perfect for 2 couples who wanted use of a kitchen.

Cute, well stocked condo in great location

We stayed 5 nights at this condo in May 2023. It had absolutely everything we needed and we especially enjoyed having a beach umbrella to use for our time spent on the water. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very spacious and nice. No problems at all checking in or out and we loved having a parking garage for our rental car. Overall a great stay and I would rent this place again in the future.

Wonderful Stay

Condo was in the best location for restaurants and beach. Choices from a McDonalds to more upscale were easy to get to. Beach was walking 3 blocks. The supply of towels and beach equipment was wonderful and included a wagon for transporting. Nice separation of bedrooms and baths gave everyone an end of day reprise. We didn’t do any cooking put a chef will find everything needed to fix a meal. Access and departure instructions were easy to follow. Having a free parking spot is ideal for parties with a rental car. Would recommend to persons wanting the feeling of home and not the more restricted hotel room.

Great location

Great apartment and location. Some dirty sheets we had to get changed but Aaron was very responsive. Both Elevators went out our last day and had to haul luggage down from 16th floor. Advertised as two double pull out sofas but only has one which made it a little tight for our party of 7. Overall great location and easy check in/out and love the free parking.

Clean, great location, nicely furnished

We had a wonderful time at the property. While it doesn't have an ocean view, it is just 3 minutes walk to Waikiki beach and many good restaurants. It has a relaxing atmosphere and it was so nice they supplied all the basics. The kitchen had coffee, tea, spices, and creamer. The apartment had beach towels, snorkeling gear, boogie boards and beach chairs. There was TV with Netflix access. Perfect for both relaxation and adventure. Thank you Aaron for the great communications.

Communications with property management was the best I’ve ever experienced. They remedied problems quickly and with no hesitation. I read many of the reviews. I have stayed in dozens if not, hundreds of vacation rental properties. This one is the most in need of a very deep cleaning. We stay in VRBO‘s to cook and the kitchen was very dirty. We had to wash all of the dishes, as there was film on all of them. There is grease coating the range hood, and one of the eyes of the stove doesn’t work. The building is old tired and in very worn condition. There wasn’t a day when both elevators worked.

Convenient and Comfortable

We 3 generations were in Honolulu to celebrate our Mom/PoPo/TaiPo's 100th birthday. This accommodation is centrally located to Mom's house and also allowed us to relax and eat our mealstogether. We had the beach, shops and restaurants within walking distance and wifi & tv's for work and entertainment. Couldn't have asked for more. The host Ty was friendly and especiallly helpful when a Warrior jacket was left behind. We felt very lucky to have found this property.

Excellent place for families

Kathy and Ty were great hosts and their property located 2 blocks from Waikiki Beach is perfect for families. We slept 4 adults and 3 teens easily. It has a nice updated kitchen with lots of extra supplies such as paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, etc. Beach supplies, such as chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas are in condo to use. Had problems with garage key fob upon arrival and Ty and office attendant fixed immediately. We had a great experience and made lots of family memories! Mahalo Ty and Kathy!

The condo was well stocked. We appreciated having coffee, creamers and sugar so we didn’t have to worry about getting it ourselves. We had plenty of towels, paper products and bath supplies. The space was small for us. We did have a teenager on the cot and she said it was fine. The space was clean.

Kind & Accessible Hosts, Abundance of Everything Needed for Our Stay

Aaron was helpful and always responsive when needed. The condo was abundantly stocked that we never had to worry about running out of necessities. The parking space for our minivan was initially a concern, but once we became accustomed to it, it was no problem. Having a parking space in Waikiki is always a definite plus! The condo is in walking distance to many things and only a block away from the beach! This was my nephews' first experience in Hawaii and they did not want to leave. Thank you for the ease of checking in/out and a wonderful stay at a home away from home!

Nice Condo

It’s a clean and nice condo! Plenty of amenities that you can use, and just 3min walk to beach. Rooms are not so spacious. 2 queen bed, 1 sofa bed and 1 extra bed were enough for us 6 adults and 2 kids though. Maybe a little difficult for a family who has baby/infant because elevators are small which might be tight for strollers. ABC store is right around the corner. There are big hotels around that makes us easier to catch a shuttle for tour. The host is very nice. Always quick response. We were satisfied with staying here.

Great location

This is the perfect place to stay. It fit all 8 of us, and was only two blocks to the beach and stores. The street it sits on isn’t busy, so you don’t hear all the noise. Beds, hide-a-bed and cots were comfortable. Two bathrooms- 1 shower, 1 tub/shower. It was clean. Since it’s two apartments, there are two fridges for extra groceries. He had beach towels, snorkels, sand toys, and boogie boards (I think that’s what they are called). The kids had a bald at the beach with them. We rented a minivan and it fit well into the parking space. I loved having a place to park for free. I would definitely recommend this place.
