Beautiful old stone house near the sea.

This beautiful stonehouse 'Emi ' in Bibinje village, just 6 km from antique town of Zadar will provide nice and peaceful holiday for your family and friends. Bibinje has a charm of traditional Adriatic village set back in time. Fishing boats still come and go bringing the catch of the day to the local market and restaurants. Thanks to its tranquil atmosphere visitors shall experience peace and relaxation so rare in modern life. You can enjoy beautiful beaches and crystal clear water under the hot Mediterranean sunshine or dining at restaurants with breathtaking view of the sea and sunset.
There are two separate apartments. Ground floor apartment has 1 double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area with an outdoor barbecue a kitchen and a bathroom. You can enjoy dining al fresco on the small terrace with a ( shared) barbeque. First floor has 2 double bedrooms, a living area, a kitchen, a bathroom and a beautiful terrace.
There is also a parking place near the house. Setting there is easy by car or by plane ( just 10 min taxi - drive from Zadar airport ).

A big part of the village Bibinje is a walking area and everything you need is close to the apartment, a beautiful beach, nice restaurants with meat and fish specialities, a market, a post office.. Every week there is some traditional fiesta with dalmatian music and a home made specialities.
A beautiful antique town Zadar is only 6 km away and there is also a good bus connection to Zadar old town. In Zadar you can find besides urban attractions, interesting historical places to visit.
You will be greeted by the owners or you can use an opportunity of self check -in. The owners are speaking English and German and will tell you all the best places to visit. You will feel completely looked after.

This holiday villa can be rented separately in pre- or post season ( has 2 completely separated apartments suitable for 4 persons each ) or as a unit suitable for 8 people.

Lovely place

Highly recommend this place. We stayed in the top and bottom units. So close to everything - water, restaurants and shopping. Great communication with Apola and she met us and helped us get settled with the area. She recommended very good restaurants and sunset area. Very well kept units . Would definitely return. Very lovely visit.

Great new place in old stones village by the beach

I really liked that place for it is fews meters from the beautiful Adriatic sea and the beach, yet in the centrer of the small city, and in a really quiet pedestrian street: perfect with the kids to ahve a relaxing time! I came with 2 little kids and that was perfect for us to adjust to a stress free, fun-full daily routine. Amazingly, the house is new (with all modern comfort and amenities) yet is made of old stone and therefore completely fits the environment, I love that. On top, the host really helps to make sure we had a good time. We did!

Lovely community

We were greeted by the owner and her son to give us keys and show us the apartments. The accommodations were very quaint with lots of charm. The quiet village and ability to walk along the water was relaxing. Her mom even made us some tasty treats! We loved the village, especially Leo’s pancakes (crepes to us Americans)! We visited there a few times! We ate dinner at Restaurant Torkul one night and enjoyed the food and waitstaff. The proximity to Zadar was easy. Plitvice Lakes was about 1 hour 40 minutes.

Perfect

The house consists of two separate apartments (one upstairs and one at ground level), each with its own bathroom and kitchen, making the house ideal for two couples. The location in this charming village is excellent. The house is a short walk from a swimming/sunning promenade and also a short walk from a nice swimming beach. There are a number of reasonably priced restaurants close to the house. The local fish market, meat/poultry market, grocery, and vegetable and fruit stands are within easy walking distance. A car is not necessary. The village is popular with families. The owners went out of their way to make sure that we enjoyed the house and the village.

vacances trÚs agréables

jolie maison située prÚs du port de Bibinje et proche des plages ,nous avons passé un excellent séjour.Les propriétaires sont trÚs accueillants et disponibles. La maison est trÚs propre et convient parfaitement à 2 familles( nous étions 7 en tout) .Nous recommandons cette maison pour des vacances reposantes dans le centre ancien de Bibinje.Nous avons aussi pu profiter des festivités proposées dans la ville et des nombreux endroits de Croatie à visiter .

Schöner September in Bibinje

Vielen Dank fĂŒr die schöne Zeit in Bibinje! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt und die NĂ€he zum Wasser genossen. Das Haus / die 2 Wohnungen waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Uns hat Bibinje als ruhiger Vorort von Zadar sehr gefallen. Mit dem Rad sind wir in 30 min an wenig befahrenen Straßen nach Zadar und in 20 min zum Hafen zum Transfer zu den Inseln gefahren (Die Touri-Info im Ort zeigte uns den Weg.). Klasse! Besonders berĂŒhrt hat uns der herzliche Art und umgehende UnterstĂŒtzung der Vermieter, von Apola und ihrem Vater. Es war wie bei Freunden vor Ort. Sehr schön und wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Vermieter waren Ă€ußerst gastfreundlich, herzlich und haben uns in allen Dingen unterstĂŒtzt. Das Quartier war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Mit Hilfe ihres Vaters konnten wir viele schöne AusflĂŒge machen, somit Land und Menschen und vorallem die Kultur dieses Landes kennenlernen. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus und die Gastfreundschaft dieser Familie nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an GrĂŒĂŸe fĂŒr Apola und die ganze Familie! Fantastic stay in Bibinje

We enjoyed our stay in Villa Emi very much. Very calm and peaceful place with beach and several restaurants very close. We were 5 people the first week including 2 children (age 7 and 3) and 4 adults the second week. Villa Emi is very well equipped with very good standard. We didn't miss anything. The hostfamily were very helpful and made us feel "like home". We really rekommend Bibinje and Croatia!

Vacation in Villa Emi

This was a really nice place to spent our vacation at. The first thing that strucked us when we arrived was the calm and peaceful surroundings which was just what we needed. The villa is perfect if you are some people who wants to stay together but still want some privacy because it have two flats with an outdoor stair between. It is near the sea with beautiful sunsets and good restaurants. You donÂŽt have to go far to buy freshly baked bread. Fruits and vegetables were sold from gardens in the nearby. The villa is very nice and fully equipped. It is situated though in a narrow alley with the surrounding houses quite close to it but itÂŽs only a minute to the sea and it is easy to take a swim from the stairs at the walk that goes arround the old town in Bibinje where the villa is located. There is also at a small beach 5 minutes away by foot which is quite nice. We really enjoyed our stay here. The owner Apola and her family are very friendly and helpful.

Simply GREAT!!

Wir waren zu viert unterwegs und hatten das ganze Haus (2 Wohnungen) gemietet. Die Einrichtung ist super, es ist alles da, was man braucht, und sehr sehr sauber. Das Haus liegt ein paar Schritte vom Meer entfernt, hat zwar keinen Meerblick, aber das ist auch nicht nötig, man ist ja so schnell am Wasser. Apola und ihre Familie waren sehr gastfreundlich und herzlich. Wir haben bei euch allen unvergessliche Momente erlebt, die man nicht beschreiben kann - vielen herzlichen Dank Apola, Joso und Mladenka!! <3 We'll come back, for sure!!

Nice holiday in the old village center of BĂ­binje

The holiday house is located at the center of the old village of Bibinje with many alleyways only about 20 m from the ocean (stone stairs). A nice beach is about 2 km away (close to Marina Dalmacija). The house has two flats connected by an external staircase with small terrace and balkony. The lower flat has a large kitchen/living room and one separate sleeping room. The upper flat has a smaller kitchen/living room and two separate sleeping rooms. Above the upper flat is an attic with an additional couch. The descripton on the website is accurate. Everything was very clean and well maintained and the kitchens were well equipped. There is free internet inside the house. There are several small grocery stores, bakeries and cafes within short walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants in Bibinje. The nearest (and probably best one) is only 20 m away from the house and is situated directly at the ocean. The sunsets there are gorgeous. The people are very friendly and helpful. Especially the host familiy was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there a lot.

Fantastic holiday in the beautiful Bibinje

Villa Emi was everything we hoped for and more- listing description very accurate. Lovely, quaint house just a minute away from the beautiful old marina of Bibinje. The property itself had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, was extremely clean and the location was superb. Apola and family were extremely helpful and friendly and made the holiday completely stress free from initial enquiry to checking out. Bibinje itself is a beautiful little village where everything is within easy walking distance. There were plenty of restaurants for us to eat out in- all serving great food with very good service, plenty to chose from on the menus with fresh seafood being one of the main attractions. Despite the villa been fully equipped with all appliances for eating in, we ate almost all our meals out as everything was so cheap. Every morning there would be fresh bread and pastries sold in bakery stalls along the harbour and we would sit and have coffee in taverna Jaz looking out onto the sea. The pebble beach was a five minute walk from the villa where we spent lots of time sunbathing and swimming in the sea. I would also recommend going into Zadar (easily accessible by bus) - lots to do and see in the old town and worth a walk down to the sea organ, especially on a stormy night! We also visited two of the national parks in Croatia during our stay- Plitvice lakes and Kornati Islands both absolutely beautiful and accessible without a car. Overall myself and five friends had a brilliant holiday in Bibinje, have already recommended villa Emi to family and would definitely love to go back one day-hopefully soon!

lovely people, lovely country

Wir wurden von Jose herzlich und gastfreundlich empfangen. Er hat sich Zeit genommen um uns kennenzulernen und uns nicht nur das Haus, aber auch die Ortschaft zu zeigen. Die Wohnung war sauber und das Haus sehr gemĂŒtlich mit einem eigenem Charme in einer engen Gasse im Ortschaftszentrum. Kein direkter Blick aufs Meer aber dafĂŒr 20 m vom Meer entfernt. war herrlich:). Wir waren dort außerhalb der Saison und konntest feststellen, dass dies eine sehr gute Adresse ist, um Erholung zu finden. Es war herrlich:) Jederzeit gern wieder:)

Wonderful apartment just steps from village center

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Emi. The amenities include everything you need: clean accommodations, well-appointed kitchen, A/C, washing machine and more. More importantly for us, the unit is just a few steps to the water, restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed being able to wake up and take a short walk for a cappuccino or nice meal. Lastly, Bibinje is just a 10-15 min drive to Zadar, but feels like it's a world away from everything. Thank you Apola for the use of Villa Emi. We look forward to staying there again on our next return to Croatia.

Fantastic Bibinje - Fantastic Host Family

I stayed here with my wife and my 7-years-old daughter. The apartment is well and modern furnished, a nice living room with kitchen, 2 appealing bedrooms and a bathroom. When you enter the apartment you feel like at home. It is really fascinating how the owners thought of a lot of details to improve home comforts as for instance the lighting system. The attic room which is also well furnished you can use as another bedroom or as a storage place for suitcases etc. The terrace outside with table and sitting accommodation provides enough space for four people – and this all for a very reasonable price. It is only a 1 min (!) walk to the port and to the marina where you can enjoy the marvelous deep blue Adriatic water. You only have to walk further 5 to 10 min to encounter some convenience stores, nice restaurants with the fantastic Croatian kitchen but also international food. Everywhere you get free Internet. Another highlight of our stay is the owner®s family, very polite and helpful people who understand their guest service in an outstanding way we never and nowhere met before. All in all we like to give the top grade to the village, the apartment and the host family. And we are sure to come again to this nice place. Manfred Giss, Augsburg/Germany

Of season holliday

We spent a sunny "of season" week of vacation in the Villa Emi. The house is located very centrally close to the ocean and downtown. The house was clean and well maintained and the kitchen was well equipped We were probably the only tourists in the village during the week. The people are very friendly and helpful. There are several small grocery stores, bakeries, cafes within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants. You can reach the larger city of Zadar by local bus in 20 minutes. Apola and her parents really stood up for us - thank you very much for all your help.

Review of 2 weeks in Croatia Apartment

The location and distance from the beach was accurate. We always had a very quick response to questions and queries when we were initially looking for an apartment in Croatia There was every thing we needed in the apartment including the essential fridge for cooling the wine. The property was very clean and well maintained. If a problem arose then these were very quickly rectified by the owner. The customer service was warm and friendly and on call if ever we needed additional help or advice - couldn't have been better. We would recommend this property to friends and relatives because it was charming and comfortable and because we couldn't have had a more friendly and helpful support from the family. They made our Croatian venture something we wish to repeat. The local restaurants and shops were very helpful and knew enough English to provide us with our requirements and build a good raport that added to our enjoyment even though our language skills were sadly lacking. The only downside was the stony beach and a pair of waterproof beach/swimming shoes are a must if you have tender toes!

Our stay in Bibinje

We enjoyed our stay in Bibinje very much. Villa Emi is really well located in the old town, less than half a minute from our favourite swimming place and wonderful views and sunsets - a little piece of paradise! There are two or three shops and restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance, and the folk dancing and concerts in the square were almost visible, and certainly audible, from the terrace. The house was comfortable, air-conditioned (a great blessing) and worked well for us: our three teenage girls stayed in the first floor apartment, and we in the ground floor apartment. That was probably the maximum number for comfort. The owners were very nice, helpful and even brought us tomatoes and figs when they came to change the linen after the first week! Zadar is striking, and a great place to visit! The music festival is not to be missed. Nin is such a gem it is hard to believe it is real. There are also at least three national parks within an hour and a half's drive (mountains, waterfalls and lakes and uninhabited islands). The scenery everywhere is absolutely stunning. Thoroughly recommended, we all enjoyed it.

Gastfreundlicher Urlaub in Bibinje

Viele GrĂŒĂŸe fĂŒr Apola und die ganze Familie!Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei ihnen, in ihrem Ferienhaus in Bibinje. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt und die NĂ€he zum Wasser genossen.Mit Hilfe ihres Vaters konnten wir viele schöne AusflĂŒge machen, somit Land und Menschen und vorallem die Kultur dieses Landes kennenlernen. Erholsamer, interessanter Urlaub in Bibinje

Wir haben uns bei unserem Urlaub in Bibinje sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Vermieter waren Ă€ußerst gastfreundlich, herzlich und haben uns in allen Dingen unterstĂŒtzt. Das Quartier war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr genossen haben wir die AusflĂŒge in die landschaftlich reizvolle Umgebung und in die wunderschöne Stadt Zadar, die man mit dem Linienbus schnell erreichen kann. Besonders beeindruckend waren das klare, warme Wasser der Adria, die schönen SonnenuntergĂ€nge am Strand und die preiswerten, gemĂŒtlichen Restaurants. Die Angaben und die Fotos im Online-Inserat bezĂŒglich Ausstattung und Lage waren korrekt. Wir danken unseren Vermietern, dass wir bei Ihnen einen so erholsamen, schönen Urlaub verleben konnten.

io e il mio ragazzo insieme ad un'altra coppia di amici abbiamo allogiato in qesta casa , Ăš stato tutto perfetto ,la casa Ăš molto pulita con tutti i confort per passare un 'ottima settimana , a pochi minuti dalla fermata del bus dal centro informazioni turistiche e a due passi dal mare e circondata da locali in cui fare ottimi pranzi e cene .

Beautiful Bibinje

We stayed in the beautiful village Bibinje at the end of July and had an excellent week. The Villa Emi was perfect. It is located two minutes from the clear blue sea and family friendly bays( which are not overcrowded) where you and your children can safely swim, use inflatables or play ball. The Villa is closely located next to two excellent restaurants and we highly recommend Pumperella where you can watch the most glorious sunset while eating beautifully cooked fresh fish (which was also very reasonably priced). Villa Emi was immaculate. It was very clean and well equipped. The air conditioning was very welcome and kept the villa nice and cool. It is situated in a very quiet area with friendly locals and everything you need in walking distance. The owners of the Villa were charming and very helpful. We went to Zadar on the local bus which took 15 minutes. Zadar old town is lovely to walk around with lots of churches and museums to visit. We would recommend going to hear the sea organ and listen to the eerie but hypnotic sounds of the sea. Again there are some good restaurants but the highlight for us was the delicious ice cream. Villa Emi in Bibinje offers you a relaxing and stress free holiday.
