View House B is a beautifully designed stay located in the city of Denver. This building is brand new and has never had anyone live there! Every feature (and there are a lot of them!) of this home was curated from the ground up to create lasting memories for your group! This home features a game room, massive rooftop, hot tub, movie room, indoor/outdoor fireplace, and incredible design.
We own both View Houses A & B so should your group need more space, reach out about renting them both!
BEDROOMS
This 2,500 sqft new build townhome has 4 bedrooms with smart televisions and can accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably. There are a total of 2 King beds, 4 queen beds, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 air mattress, and two additional couches.
Bedroom 1 - King bed, private balcony, smart television, private bathroom, and dedicated workspace.
Bedroom 2 - 2 Queen Beds, room darkening shades, private bathroom, and smart television.
Bedroom 3 - King Bed, room darkening shades, private bathroom, and smart television.
Bedroom 4 - 2 Queen Beds, room darkening shades, private bathroom, and smart television.
BATHROOMS
You'll find 4 full and 1 half clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. You'll find 4 walk-in showers and 4 shower tub combos. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.
KITCHEN & LOUNGE
Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances with everything you will need to cook magnificent dinners.
The dining areas is perfect for enjoying a meal with your group and guests. The indoor and outdoor dining tables each have enough chairs for 10 guests with an additional 4 seats at the kitchen island! The kitchen flows effortlessly into the spacious lounge and shares an indoor/outdoor fireplace with the backyard. Whether you want to open up your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner, or just want to take things easy, this open-concept living room gives you all the space you need.
OUTSIDE SPACE
There are 2 outdoor spaces on the property! There is a massive rooftop deck with a 10-person dining table, cornhole, couches, and incredible views of the mountains. There is also backyard with a 5-person hot tub, BBQ grill, and 4-person breakfast dining area.
MOVIE Lounges
There is a spacious basement lounge for watching movies. Each is complete with plenty of seating, 75" smart televisions, and popcorn machines!

This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off main access to Interstate 70.

I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do in town, my favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more.
This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. Parties will be shut down and possibly given financial consequences. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000.
1) There are absolutely NO parties. This is a quiet neighborhood.
2) Please treat the house as your own - we do expect guests to take off their shoes.
3) There are only two driveway parking spots available, and NO ADDITIONAL PARKING or street parking is permitted. We kindly ask you to plan accordingly and consider carpooling with friends or family to ensure everyone can find a safe and convenient parking spot. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
4) No guests outside those on the reservation are permitted at the home
