The house was really great. We visited over Thanksgiving and it had everything we needed, including heated bathroom floors! The backyard was our daughter’s favorite. The playground was well builds, safe, and fun. We even got a visit from a rabbit one morning. We will definitely looks to stay here again for future visits.

2 nights in Denver (area)

If you want to stay in a safe, quiet, and popular area of Denver, look no further than Arvada and this charming home. Modern aesthetics compliment the mid century feel. The location is perfect if you want to travel to downtown Denver but do not wish to stay there. The Old Towne Arvada shops and restaurants are just moments away and so are most area attractions. 10/10, would stay again.

Our stay was a home run! We live in Southwest Colorado and this was a last-minute trip. I messaged the host at 11 o’clock the night before our proposed arrival and I was able to confirm:-)My wife and I were traveling with our five-year-old. The play structure in the back yard, kids books, coloring books, crayons, games, toys (the list goes on) were fantastic for our little one. This place is fantastic with kiddo(s)!!!Decor is awesome mid-century modern. Lots of attention to detail. My wife said, “this place is very calming.“The EV charger is a level 1 (around 3kw), enough to top up our EV while we slept. It is a J1772 connector, so we used our own adapter for NACS/Tesla type connector. There’s a beer Garden nearby with a kids menu and outdoor fire pits. Ralston Central Park is half a block from the house. It’s a huge park that spans what must be about half a mile with trails and bridges. Awesome playground, we saw ducks in the creek. Bring bikes if you can in the summer.It seemed like everything was only 20 minutes away, even downtown. We did meow wolf, which was awesome.There’s also a big City Market grocery store right around the corner along with a Walmart.We didn’t get to spend as much time in old town Arvada as we would’ve liked. But the little time that we did spend there was cool
 Neat pedestrian mall with shops and restaurants.I’m running out of characters in this review, I could go on. If you made it this far, BOOK IT!
