Wonderful house, location and hosts

My family of four just enjoyed the most lovely long weekend here. The house is so charming, immaculate and super comfortable. Hosts were so great to communicate with and left so much helpful and thoughtful information. Can't wait to rent again.

Perfect Getaway

My wife and I stayed recently and brought our 3 kids with us. This home was perfect. Beautifully designed, impeccably clean and centrally located. The upstairs room is super cozy and was a great place to watch movies with the kids on a cold winter's night. This home just outside the town of Andes (walkable in the Summer) and close to everything else that the Catskills has to offer. We highly recommend.

Would go back anytime - lovely furnished place. Great host.

Given where it is located (middle of Nowhere, aka "Hamlet of Andes", which is the point), this is a great choice if you need a place to stay in the area. In "town". Tastefully furnished, Internet (consider that there is no cell reception in that area), .. I enjoyed it.

We highly recommend this house for your weekend trip!

This is the best house we’ve ever rented! We stayed 3 nights with our 11 and 8 years old kids in August. The house was absolutely lovely and was very well maintained with all items we needed for our weekend trip. Our kids used downstairs large bedroom and my wife and I used the large attic with a very comfortable bed. The owner is a very responsible and easy to communicate with and I loved the backyard with bubbling brook behind it. Easy to drive from NYC and we would stay again. Thank you, Vinny!

Perfect place in the Catskills

We stayed here with some friends while we were upstate for a wedding in Delhi, a mere 11 miles away. The location was perfect - close to town but not on top of anyone. The next door neighbors are far enough away that it's secluded. Warm summer days, cool nights. If I'm ever back in this region, I'll absolutely be staying here!

Updated and comfortable property!

No complaints! Nice bungalow with a loft. Very nice place to stay for the area. I would stay here again. Would like to stay here for the summer.
