To ensure a fantastic stay for you and future guests, here are some guidelines:

1. Check-In/Out Times:
Check-in is at 11am and check-out is at 3pm.

If you need some flexibility, let us know in advance and we`ll do our best to accommodate.

2. Parking:
To remain observant of local ordinances, please park within the driveway or in the street directly in front of the house. Please do not park in the yard.
Please note that you could incur a fine of up to $150 for breaking neighborhood parking regulations.

3. Respect the Peace—No Parties:
Keeping noise levels down, especially between 10pm and 7am, helps maintain a good relationship with our community and avoids you experiencing any neighbor complaints.

4. Smoke-Free Stay:
Our home is a strict no-smoking zone, which helps us maintain a fresh environment.

Please smoke outside away from any doors or windows and dispose of cigarettes in the outdoor trash can. Please note that you could incur a fine of up to $300 if any evidence of smoking is found within the house.

5. No Extra Guests:
If you plan to have visitors during the day, no problem. But please make sure the only guests who stay overnight are those listed in your reservation.

This helps us follow local ordinances on maximum occupancy and keep our home comfortable and safe for everyone.

6. Pet Policy:
This is a dog-friendly property! Please ensure all dogs you plan on bringing onto the property at any point during the stay (even if they won`t be staying the night) are listed in the reservation. We do have a $50 pet fee and allow a maximum of 3 dogs. Please pick up after your dogs using the provided poop bags and dispose in the outdoor black trash can.

7. Hot Tub:
The hot tub fits a maximum of 4 people. Please don’t exceed this limit. Keep the temperature between 98°F and 104°F. Do not put dye, bubbles, or any other substances in the water. Use only non-glass containers and avoid bringing food into the hot tub. Always supervise children around the hot tub. Please keep the cover on when not in use to maintain temperature and cleanliness.

The hot tub is thoroughly cleaned and balanced between stays. If it requires a full refill due to excessive dirt, a $100 fee will apply.

8. Trash and Recycling:
We appreciate your help in separating recyclables. Trash should be placed in a trash bag and then placed in the black trash can. Recyclables should be placed directly within the blue trash can (not within a trash bag). Please do not put any food or non-recyclables in the blue trash can.

This small step makes a big difference to the environment and will help us avoid a fine.

9. Handling Damages:
Accidents happen. If something gets damaged, please let us know so we can take care of it.

10. Simple Clean-Up:
Check out is super simple - just place any used towels and hand towels in the bath tub/shower.

But please don’t feel you have to strip the beds or take out the trash, we’ll take care of that!

11. Emergency Contact:
If you need assistance, you can reach Austin at 918-691-1913 at any time.

In case of emergency, please call 911.

The first aid kit is located in the main bathroom cabinet.
