Welcome to our renovated and professionally decorated A-frame, perfect for family gatherings or romantic getaways! Enjoy exciting a clean space with comfy beds and furniture, huge dining area, amenities like ping pong, arcade games, and a fun "barn" for activities! Stunning views from our hot tub and decks creating lasting memories in this ideal retreat. Everything from the furniture to the linens were carefully chosen to ensure a 5-Star Stay and maximize comfort, aesthetic, and functionality!



The Space:

Primary Bedroom has a king bed and tv, it is on the lower floor with an ensuite bath with a walk in shower and patio where the hot tub is located. Also on the lower floor is a game room with 2 bunk beds, arcade games and a TV. The ground floor has a media room with bean bag chairs, the living room, dining room and kitchen as well as a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms each with queen beds and private balconies as well as a full bath with walk in shower.



Guest Access:

There is a keypad on the front door as well as a back up lockbox. The guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of the Owners closet.

•Hiking & Nature Trails: Just minutes from the famous Three Sisters Park, with miles of scenic trails for hiking, trail running, birdwatching, and mountain biking. Other nearby favorites include Elk Meadow Park, Evergreen Lake Trail, and Alderfer/Three Sisters Open Space.



•Skiing & Snowboarding: Hit the slopes at Echo Mountain, just 35 minutes away, for family-friendly skiing and snow tubing. If you’re looking for bigger mountains, Winter Park Resort and Summit County resorts like Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper, and Arapahoe Basin are all within easy reach for world-class skiing and snowboarding.



•Evergreen Lake: A year-round gem! In the summer, enjoy paddleboarding, kayaking, and fishing. In the winter, Evergreen Lake transforms into one of the largest outdoor ice-skating rinks in North America.

Getting Around:

Please park on asphalt. Absolutely NO cars parked in the barn. Please note, from November through April, a 4-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle is required for safe travel in Colorado. Make sure your vehicle is equipped accordingly before heading to Evergreen.



Other Things to Note:

***We have recently had a big problem with people smoking on the property, noise, guest count exceeding what's on the reservation, and unauthorized pets. We have since hired a company to install devices to check for these things and there will be a minimum $500 fine if any of these rules are broken.
