Lovingly named after the majestic live Oak tree in the backyard—affectionately called Frederick—this home has a story to tell, and it warmly invites you to be part of it. (Be sure to find Frederick’s nameplate and say hello during your stay!)

This unique getaway offers two complete living areas—one on each floor—making it perfect for families or groups traveling together. Whether you're gathering for meals, sharing laughter in the living room, or enjoying some quiet time, there's plenty of space for both connection and privacy.

House was cute and recently renovated. Spacious. The upstairs has a separate entrance from the outside; there is no internal staircase, so for families with younger kids, it may not be ideal. Both units have a kitchen/kitchenette and living room. One bathroom/2BR upstairs and 2/2 downstairs. Nice screened in porch and firepit on the patio. Beautiful property, very close to Old Town.
