This 1870 home on the Hancock County Historical Registry has been lovingly restored and renovated, with the original floors and beadboard ceilings rediscovered and refinished in the original cottage. Cypress siding has been brought back to its former glory on the original structure as well. The square footage of the home has been nearly doubled with an addition, allowing for a massive primary suite, among other enhancements like a chef's dream of a kitchen with Italian appliances that includes a wine fridge because it's 5 o'clock somewhere.

Walk to town and enjoy the one-of-a-kind shops and restaurants, or simply chill on the tanning ledge in the heated, saltwater pool. It will be hard to leave this space, and you'll want to come back again and again.

The vibe in Bay Saint Louis (BSL) is so relaxing, The stress of the world just melts away here. We love that it's walkable, that the people are so friendly, and that there are so many cute shops and great restaurants just down the street. We seldom want to leave when we are here, but it's so convenient to New Orleans, Biloxi, and so many other attractions if we are inclined to take a day trip.

One of the oldest homes in Old Town BSL, you can feel the history of the area inside its walls. The renovation keeps the character while adding amenities like a tankless water heater, Italian appliances, and, of course, a huge pool!
