If you're looking for luxurious accommodations for up to 14 adults (or more), these adjacent villas are the perfect choice. We offer a combination of a 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa and an adjacent 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa for a total of 14 guests. - About the Ko Olina Resort -
The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are located within the world-famous Ko Olina Resort and Marina, positioned on the second of the resort’s four lagoons. Stroll the 1.5-mile walkway that connects the lagoons, passing landmarks like the new Four Seasons Resort, Disney’s Aulani Hotel & Spa, and the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club. The Ko Olina Golf Course, which has hosted the Lotte LPGA Tournament, and the Ko Olina Marina are also nearby. With a six-night minimum stay, there’s plenty to explore at the Beach Villas and beyond.

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are among the newest and most exclusive oceanfront condominiums available for rent on Oahu. Located 25 miles from the busy streets of Waikiki, Ko Olina offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Our villas are individually owned and legally approved for short-term rentals (6-night minimum stay).

- Villa Features -
Ocean Tower 701 (2BR/2BA) and Ocean Tower 711 (3BR/3BA) are located on the 7th floor, offering stunning views of the lagoons, ocean, and resort grounds. Each villa is independent and features:

* Villa 1: 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, sleeps up to 8 guests
- Master Bedroom: King bed, private bath
- Second Bedroom: Queen bed with a full bath just outside the door.
- Third Bedroom: 2 twin beds (can be converted to 1 king upon request), private bath
* Villa 2: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps up to 6 guests
- Master bedroom: king bed, private bath
- Second bedroom: 2 twin beds (can be converted to 1 king upon request)

These villas are ideal for groups of up to 14 guests (infants and toddlers under 2 are not counted in the total). Located just 25 feet apart, this setup provides both separation and convenience for larger groups, with peekaboo ocean views over the pools and grounds.

- Sofa bed in the living room of 2br villa
- Floor futons, Pack 'n Plays, highchairs, and strollers available for families with young children.
- Open lanai with comfortable seating and views of the lagoon pool and resort.

**Our parking stalls are best suited for compact vehicles. Guests with vehicles that require a larger parking stall may be subject to a one-time $25 parking fee for use of a larger space, subject to availability.

We also provide beach essentials including beach chairs, towels, an ice chest and toys for the little ones. For a smooth start to your vacation, we offer an Instacart grocery delivery service to your villa between 2 and 4 pm on your arrival day.

- Nearby Attractions -
During your stay, explore the resort’s four man-made lagoons, perfect for swimming and snorkeling, especially for families with young children. Visit the Ko Olina Marina for ocean activities, or enjoy world-class shopping and dining at the nearby Aulani and Four Seasons resorts. The 18-hole Ko Olina Championship Golf Course is right across the street, and we can arrange golf club rentals upon request (additional fees apply).

The resort is just 2 miles from the town of Kapolei, where you’ll find a wide range of shopping and dining options, including Costco, Target, Safeway, Outback Steakhouse, and Starbucks.

- A Note About Construction -
Please be aware that vacant hotel sites on either side of the property may undergo development in the future.
