Il s'agit d'une villa de deux chambres pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes, avec une chambre double et une twin, plus 2 canapés-lits confortables dans le salon. Cette villa est équipée de toutes les commodités nécessaires pour profiter de vacances parfaites. Il y a une salle de bain familiale au premier étage et un vestiaire en bas. Le wifi et un coffre-fort sont également disponibles. Vous pouvez soit prendre un bain de soleil et nager dans votre propre piscine privée, soit à seulement 5 minutes à pied il y a des bars, des magasins et des restaurants locaux pour profiter de cette soirée relaxante. Myself and my daughter stayed here and were very impressed by everything .On arrival the first thing we noticed was how lovely , fresh and clean everything in the villa was, including the pool. Communication with Helen and Costin was excellent so if there were any issues they would be immediately rectified. Costin came to clean our pool twice weekly and always asked if anything was needed, Thank you Costin it was lovely meeting you There was a lovely sandy beach that was a 5-10 min walk from the villa with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way.Thank you Helen and Costin we had a fantastic holiday and would 100% recommend you to others looking for a villa for their stay

Villa was spotless . Plenty of sunbeds . Pool was amazing , great size too. In a perfect location, near shops , restaurants and bus stop over the road . Pernera has everything you need for a night out . Many restaurants, can’t fault our stay . Thank you to Costin for our transfer , spot on with times etc . An issue with the kettle was sorted within the hour , thanks Costin. Will 100% be back as loved every minute of our holiday . Great price too for the villa . Thank you Helen . It was everything we expected and more x

Villa was perfect for the kind of holiday we needed. We used the house as a base, we didn’t use the kitchen facilities much. Pool was lovely and clean and any small issues were sorted very quickly. Some spare toilet roll and some spare bin liners is nice to find instead of having to buy whole packs, but not a huge issue I would say that is my only criticism, besides not being able to stay longer!!!The seafront has changed a lot since we last visited and we enjoyed using the new coastal walk, it was so pretty. And you can’t get better beaches. And of course the islands wonderful cats, beautiful to see how loved and well looked after they all are. We had a lovely time, thank you.

Very nice little villa in a quiet area just 10 mins walk from a good quality sandy beach for swimming and 10 mins drive into Protaras for the food and nightlife. Car ideal but not essential as there are regular buses into town and Ayia Napa every few minutes.

My family and I had an amazing two week stay at this villa.

The villa was amazing! Close to shops and bars and the beach only a short walk away. Would definitely stay here again. The owner so accommodating and friendly. Had the best time here.

Superb Villa Luca In Pernera

Excellent family holiday. The Villa has everything needed for a comfortable stay. There is a beautiful beach, shops and restaurants within walking distance. The swimming pool at the property was perfect for a swim and cooling off after a day in sunshine.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the villa, it had all that we were looking for including often over looked things like a safe and some toys for the kids in the pool. Dealing with Helen was a pleasure and we would happily stay again.

Perfect!!

I stayed at this villa with 3 friends and it was fantastic. Its in a quite neighbourhood yet only minutes walking to the beach and to shops, bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

Fabulous

What a fantastic location and property, just right for a small family. It was very clean, the pool was great and there's a beach at the end of the road - what more could you want? The Pinia restaurant just aroud the corner is great for Cypriot food. We'll be back...

We had a great 10 days stay at the villa. The house was clean at arrival and the pool was cleaned twice weekly. The only small issue was the large amount of small ants in the kitchen making it impossible to leave any food out for a short time period. Additionally, the villa was a little hard to find based on the location found on the webside. Other than that we were very pleased with the villa and location worth a recommendation!

Very impressed with villa and pool nice quiet area Kitchen utensils very clean and looked new Owners very nice and friendly, was very nice of them to text the morning of our departure to wish us a safe journey home. Welcome pack was very nice and helpful that we could have a cup of tea when we reached the villa Will hopefully return later this year

Lovely Villa

It’s an excellent property that’s near amenities. The owner is easily accessible. What’s advertised is what you see upon arrival and hence I have given it a rating of 5 stars. I was allowed a late check out as my flight was late in the evening. If you’re looking for a tranquil Villa then this one is the right one for you.

Better than the pictures

The villa is definitely better than the pictures shown and had a good layout of what you need to make your stay comfortable The only thing which could do with a small service is the airconditioning as started dripping on my head in bed but solved this by pulling the bed away from the wall Overall great place to stay and very good financially Thank you

Relaxing family holiday

Great host who ensured we had everything we needed before we left the UK for a smooth arrival. Always responded promptly to any messages sent. Property was very clean. Welcome package of essentials and pool towels provided. Perfect for a family of four. Great pool, good size and cleaned regularly. Quiet area, 10-15 min walk to plenty of restaurants and small supermarkets. Short drive to larger supermarkets and beautiful beaches. Well placed to explore the surrounding areas of Protaras & Ayia Napa.
