It was perfect for what we needed. Much better than a hotel. Bedding was awesome

Comfortable and Clean

My two sons and I enjoyed staying in the townhouse. It was very spacious and clean. We particularly enjoyed the massage chair and the electric fireplaces since the weather was cold and rainy when we visited. It was just a few minutes drive to good restaurants and cafes in the downtown area.

Bare bones

The property left us feeling rather short-changed. Fireplace not operational, wired problem w/ceiling fan in master bed-kept going off & on thru nite. No instruction information of TV, no area information (always in other rentals, a folder of take-outs, restaurants etc). Check out @ 10 am inconvenient. 11am would have been civil.

Good hospitality

Neat and clean. The host was responsive to our needs. Everything was in working condition and the washer and dryer were amazing. The great grandchildren loved the fireplace!

My parents and I had Dr.appointments three days in a row! I always look for accommodations on Vrbo as they are cheaper and you can make payments over time! The townhouse was supper close to Dr's,restaurants,and shopping! As we all have issues with pain for

Great townhome

We stayed for a weekend and could not have been more pleased. The unit was new, clean, well equipped, with comfortable beds. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

Modern and convenient

We come to Gainesville 2-3 times a year and this is the best rental by far! Close to restaurants and shopping. The unit is clean and modern. Check in was super easy and Tania was quick to respond to any questions I had.

Beautiful new townhome

The property is new and beautifully decorated. We had a great stay and will certainly try to stay here again when heading back to visit my parents.
