Casa Juntos is your place for stunning sunrises. Casa Juntos is your place. Juntos means together and that`s exactly what this house offers. You`ll find modern living with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms-all with outdoor showers! Every room has incredible views. This house is spacious with community gathering in the kitchen, dining and poolside areas! Three bedrooms feature king beds, while one has 2 queen beds. This property is a must book!!

Please note that heating the pool and/or hot tub is optional and not included in the nightly rate. If requested, a separate propane fee applies at a fixed daily rate of 100 USD for pool and 50 USD for hot tub.
Please let us know before your arrival if you would like to use the pool heater or hot tub so we can have it prepared for you.




While the goal of the house is to bring people together, each bedroom suite offers its own space with separate entrances off the patio. This house is perfect for families with older kids, friends travelling together. There is room to put a pack and play in the rooms if you`re travelling with a baby. **We do have one available to rent.



There is a pool and a hot tub. These amenities are only heated upon request and an additional propane fee is charged. Please let us know ahead of time if you have any questions.



Guests have access to all areas of the house except for the garage. There is street parking.

This is a wonderful neighborhood full of higher end homes. You`ll have great neighbors around plus the occasional group of free-range cattle and goats!



We highly recommend having an ATV or a rental car for this location. Uber and taxi`s are not popular in Los Barriles. You will want transportation to go into town for meals and to the beach. We have a great provider for ATVs and are happy to help you get one set up as well as help with airport transportation!



The pool is maintained twice a week. The people will come and go while you`re visiting. In regards to children: this is a parent choice, but we want you to know there is no pool gate or fence. It is your responsibility to watch your children.When vacationing in Mexico you may experience random power and water outages. We do our best to warn you if they are planned, but generally rain causes power outages. The house does have a few flashlights. Water and power use should always be conserved.There is always building happening in baja, we cannot guarantee the status of building around this property.
