A peine achevée en 2016, Casa Blanca est une beauté contemporaine remplie d'art de simplicité fonctionnelle et de design minimaliste. Deux suites parentales, une grande salle / cuisine, bureau complet avec Wi-fi (et rallonges wifi à travers la maison et le terrain), buanderie (laveuse et sécheuse / espace de rangement). Piscine Pebbletec, canapés d'extérieur à l'avant et à l'arriÚre, grandes loggias couvertes, 28 'd'ouvertures de porte coulissante et de poche donnent BEACHFRONT une nouvelle définition! Situé sur la principale (lire: meilleur!) plage de sable à Los Barriles, descendez les escaliers jusqu'à la plage de sable. Kite, kayak, tuba, nager ou simplement s'asseoir sous un parapluie, rien de plus simple. Ou prenez simplement une chaise de plage prÚs du mur avant et profitez de la vue!

This property is quiet and serene. It is well maintained and very easy to get to. Several outstanding restaurants in town are within walking distance. The sea is calm, clear and cool. Only 180 steps from the back deck to waters edge. Why pay the same for some crowded, noisy resort?This was our fourth stay and there will be more.

The house and location are amazing - the entire property is amazing. Location is very central to town, and with beach access what else could you ask for. We had to cut our trip short - but would love to come back some day.

What a wonderful beachfront house - definitely one of the best we've stayed in! Great location on the beach near downtown

This house was amazing. We liked it from the beginning but found that the property grew on us and we loved it more and more each day. The house is such a relaxing vibe with the sounds of the sea serenading us to sleep each night. It is the perfect blend of elegance and simplicity. Thank you for a wonderful escape.

Amazing House!

This house is spectacular and even more impressive in person. Very modern with everything you need. The views are gorgeous and the sandy beach is beautiful right outside your door. I especially loved being able to walk everywhere in town. We watched the sunrise every morning from the outdoor patio. Can’t wait to come back!

Luxury and Location combined

The view from the house was picture perfect. With easy back gate access to the beach just a short walk to the water, plus nearby restaurants & beach bars, we could not have been in a better spot. Casa Blanca has a beautiful contemporary design and is fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would recommend this vacation home and hope to be back again.

I could not have imagined a better place to stay with my husband, dogs and friends. Beautiful beachfront location in amazing home. Both the owners and property manager were very responsive and helpful and everything was perfect. Definitely will stay here again when coming to LB.

A slice of heaven in paradise!!!

We travel the globe although we frequent Baja for many reasons. Considering that we checked in a day late because of hurricane Olaf, the home was well appointed, the staff and owners were extremely accommodating with the situation at hand. We WILL be staying here again.

Lovely Modern Home

From the stunning sunrises, to the well stocked kitchen, super comfy beds, and being on the best part of the beach, this house has it all. We stayed here when it was incredibly hot, the house has great A/C, another perk. And a sweet little pool complete with dragonflies! Wonderful!!

Honestly, this place is perfect. Beach at your feet. Pool in the back. Aesthetically gorgeous. Walk to fantastic restaurants and or stores. Bring US dollars. The only thing I would change, is a later check out. 10 AM is too early.

Perfection in LB

I have been travelling to Los Barrilles for over 20 years. This home is exceptional with an unparalleled place to sit and stare at the big beautiful ocean and beach under a shaded breezy porch. The beds are so comfy and the layout of the house is fabulous for four adults and pups. Can't say enough positive about the place, the property managers and the owners.

We celebrated a family reunion with our adult children and this place was wonderful. It’s on the best beach in Los Barilles and close to everything such as dining and activities (specially Sportfishing). We built Casa Blanca this year, a simple, minimalist, functional, single story home right on the best beach in town. Walking to town for coffee, lunch or dinner, shopping and seeing friends is the best! In the summer months, we live in Napa, CA.

We looked around Mexico for over 2 yrs until we found our little town here in Baja. The combination of stunning beauty, simple surroundings, bright and friendly people and the relaxed atmosphere that is Baja, made us feel right at home from the beginning.

This property is managed by a local property management firm, EastCape Vacation Rentals, owned and operated by Julie Marks (www.abajavacation.com). Julie has lived and worked in Los Barriles full time for 21 yrs and is a fountain of knowledge and experience for her clients & renters. Why is this important to you? So many VRBO owners are trying to manage their rental properties from afar. I believe that if a renter has a problem with the house, a local contact is essential. Your vacation days are valuable and being able to call someone in town who has the connections to take care of you is important! Yes, I pay more for this service, but I want our renters to have the best time possible and enjoy their vacation.
