Our private 8 bedroom, 5 bathroom one-of-a-kind pool home is newly remodeled with THEMED bedrooms, large gathering spaces, a Star Wars home movie theater, a Nintendo World family gameroom, a Mickey’s Clubhouse play area under the stairs, a spectacular living and dining room area, and a lanai that includes a sparkling pool and spa with outdoor lighting!
It offers fun and spacious living for families visiting the Orlando area. You’ll appreciate the short drive to all Disney Theme Parks and enjoy all of the amenities of the fabulous Champions Gate Resort. Guests have access to the Oasis & Retreat Clubhouses that offer water slides, a splash area, a lazy river, food, relaxation, and fun for the whole family!
With two impressive King Suites, six professionally designed and themed bedrooms, a home theater, gameroom, and a Mickey’s Clubhouse play area under the stairs, the entire family will have an area to enjoy!



1ST FLOOR:
Master King Suite 1:
The downstairs primary bedroom has a King size bed, huge walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub. There is a TV with cable and streaming available, as well as USB hub chargers on the nightstands.

King Suite 2:
The downstairs primary bedroom has a King size bed, huge walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a TV with cable and streaming available, as well as USB hub chargers on the nightstands.

BONUS ROOM – Mickey Mouse Clubhouse themed under the stairs space for young children and/or toddlers to play.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen was designed with you in mind, ensuring it feels like a true getaway. It has stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. We know how important a good cup of coffee is and provide a large Keurig machine and coffee pot. There is a Mickey waffle maker, and plenty of cups, plates, pots, pans and baking sheets. You will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals. There is plasticware for kids as well!

Dining:
The breakfast bar has seating for four while the dining room table has seating for ten.

Family Room:
Relax in our open concept family room watching your favorite show on the 75” 4K Smart TV with ample seating for the entire family.

Home Arcade:
Game the night away in our climate controlled Nintendo themed game room featuring two 65” Flatscreen TVs, X-Box, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch ready docking bay, Foosball table, Air hockey, Basketball and arcade games.

Backyard Patio/Lanai/Pool:
To complete your experience outside you will find an inviting covered lanai complete with pool and spa seating, string lighting, outside dining table with chairs, sun loungers, and outside TV!

2ND FLOOR:

Jungle/Treehouse bedroom:
The magic of Disney's jungle themed movies including Tarzan/The Jungle Book/Ewok Village/Swiss Family Robinson will surround everyone as they climb into the treehouse beds custom designed to look like tree forts and tree branches. Two sets of twin bunk beds (4 twin beds) are nestled amongst the trees so everyone can drift off to sleep under the leafy branches. It also has a one-of-a-kind play firepit/smores set up for kids as well as a TV for entertainment.

Under the Sea bedroom:
Your little ones will feel as though they dove under the water and are living amongst the dolphins and fish in the sea. Let their imaginations take them away as they imagine scenes from the Disney movies The Little Mermaid/Nemo & Dory/Moana. This bedroom has two sets of bunk beds with a trundle for a total of 5 twin beds. It has a bubble light on the ceiling, seashell chairs, and a TV for entertainment.

Superhero bedroom:
Boys & Girls alike can join the Marvel characters in this adventurous room. They will be surrounded by superhero wall characters as they relax under the large Captain America’s shield ceiling light. This bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a pull-out trundle bed (2 twin beds and one full-sized bed to comfortably sleep 4). There is a TV for entertainment.

Harry Potter Bedroom:
Everyone will feel as though they are living at Hogwarts School of Wizardry when they enter this spacious bedroom. Located at station 9 ¾, there are rows of bookshelves, walls of brick, and even a quidditch ball to make you feel as though you are within the world of Wizardry with Harry Potter. There is also a TV for entertainment.

Queen Suite 1:
Our spacious Modern themed 2nd floor Queen Bedroom Suite has an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. It is equipped with a TV for cable and streaming, as well as USB hub chargers on the nightstands.

Queen Suite 2:
Our beautiful Palm themed 2nd floor Queen Bedroom Suite 2 has an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. It is equipped with a TV for cable and streaming, as well as USB hub chargers on the nightstands.

Star Wars Home Theater:
Let the movies come to life in this Star Wars themed home theatre with reclining luxury theatre chairs with cup holders and USB ports, tiered seating, and large projector screen and surround sound speakers. Designed to make you feel as though you are aboard the Starship. Let the Force be with you!

Loft/Lounge Area:
The upstairs Mickey/Minnie themed lounge area has a TV and comfortable seating for guests to come together and relax.

Laundry:
The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer available for your use to make a longer vacation easier to pack for. There’s also an iron, ironing board, and steamer available for use.

Linens:
We offer towels in all of the bathrooms and extras in the linen closet. Large pool towels are also available, rolled and placed by the pool with extras placed in the laundry area and linen closet.

Extras:
For our youngest travelers the home is equipped with a high chair, stroller, and pack n play with mattress. There’s a retractable baby gate available for use on the stairs and a child safety fence by the pool.

NOTE: The gameroom is equipped with a Nintendo Switch and Xbox. Games and controllers are not provided. Guests are required to bring their own controllers and charging wires.

There is no daily housekeeping service however additional cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee.

We provide the following for your starter kit and after that you are responsible for the replacements during your stay:
Paper towels, toilet paper in each bathroom, one garbage bag in each garbage can, soap in each bathroom, shampoo in each bathroom, dish soap for dishes and a starter container of dishwasher pods, and starter container of laundry detergent pods for the washing machine.
As per Florida state law we are not allowed to leave opened food in the refrigerator or kitchen closets. We are near many grocery stores and there is every amenity imaginable nearby.

The pool can be heated for a small fee of $35 a day for the length of your stay. This option will be available at the time of reservation.

There is a no BBQ Grill at this home but you can rent one for an extra cost - please check with the office for details.
